Never ordering for delivery again from this location. Will also make sure that I check my order right after I go in and pick up. Second time we’ve ordered from this location. First time, the order was delivered cold and 30 minutes AFTER it was marked delivered. This second and last time I was informed that my order was delivered to someone else. We had them remake the pizza and scheduled it for pick up. We get there to pick it up and they refused to credit me back the delivery fee AND the tip. Told me that they couldn’t do anything about it and they I would have to call the store back the following day. We get home and open the box of pizza and, to the avail, they did not put the sauce before the cheese (see attached photo). Papa John’s is my favorite of all the bigs in the pizza game but if you live in next to this location, you’re better off ordering thru domino’s, pizza hut, etc., before making a mistake going thru this

Won’t be ordering from here again for a while. Got a 10-piece boneless wings and this is what they delivered. Ain’t no way someone thought that was reasonable.
*edit: ordered again 7 months later and noticed a significant improvement. 2 stars added. It took 3 bad experiences to warrant my original review, but I will be trying again soon.

This was a very great experience. I’m new to the area and there are 2 locations in my vicinity. The other has very poor ratings so I decided to go with this location for “pick-up”. The customer service was superb. They all greeted me upon entry. The lobby and behind the counter was very clean. The pizza was fresh, hot, and made exactly as I ordered it! I always get half veggie and half pep. The papadias were so delicious and fresh! This will now be my go-to location! I appreciate the very positive experience!

Be careful with the scams here. I was using tap to pay on my end and the cashier pressed for a 10% tip on my end when I did not want to tip. He said he canceled it but when I looked at the receipt there was a tip there which I did not want to do because he’s not doing anything out of his job title. So I ended up getting a refund in cash not sent back to my card. So he tried to steal from me and now he is stealing from the company. Papa John’s might want to look on the operations at the 3040 FM 1960 location. This happened to me on February 8th at at around 5:00

The night time manager will definitely take care of you. older gentleman with the short hair. I had made an order on the app and there was an issue but he definitely went above and beyond to fix it for me. The food was really good I’ll definitely be back

Ordered this pan pizza just a little while ago. Was about 10 minutes late… no big deal there. Get it inside, open it up, and it is burnt. So I call and talk to the manager, and he tried to argue with me saying that this is a normal pan pizza! Uhhh, no. This pizza is CLEARLY burnt. Wouldn’t have been that big of a deal if there would have been an apology, but I didn’t get one. Won’t waste my money here again.

I’ve been ordering from this Papa John’s since 2017, but this was by far the worst experience. I ordered a pizza with light cheese, but it came with way too much cheese. When I brought it to their attention, they remade it with even more cheese—and it was burned.
A woman claiming to be the assistant manager told me that’s how she was trained to make pizza. That explanation made no sense, and there was no apology or effort to make it right. I left the pizza there, disappointed, and didn’t even get a refund.
After years of being a loyal customer, I expected better. This visit was a huge letdown.
