This is usually my go to place when it comes to food in the student center. The food is consistently good and comes out quickly, and I have never had issues when it comes to the timeliness and quality of the food. However, they should improve on the dinner rush times, particularly between 5-7, as they tend to get slower.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I have tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt multiple times. It is always last on my list of places to eat at the student center because the 2-3 times I’ve eaten here, the food makes my stomach hurt for legit 12 hours straight after I eat it. I’ve been to other panda expresses and this doesn’t happen. Also the workers are incredibly rude and generally disrespectful. I understand they see hundreds of students everyday, but I’ve been laughed at and left waiting for someone to take my order while there is a long line behind me and the workers are talking to each other. When I went to check out today, the woman looked at me, gave me the stank eye, and I didn’t know if she knew what I got because she didn’t say anything to me, so I repeated my order and she said before I could finish “I don’t need to know what you ordered.” So I highly doubt they are ringing people’s orders up correctly, as nothing was written on my food or communicated to her. This was my third or fourth time trying to make things right at this location, but I’m just going to do my usual Chicfila because at-least they are nice and my food is hot, fresh and doesn’t hurt my stomach. I want to also mention this time there was no brown color (sauce and flavor) in my chow mein and last time my chow mein was hard and not fully cooked. I’m disappointed as I use to love my local Panda where I’m from. I’m glad the student center is rethinking dining concepts because Panda Express and Wendy’s are two large dining places in the student center that I and a lot of students never go to. Not to mention Auntie Anne’s isn’t even open around lunch 10-12 at-least lately on the days I’ve walked past. I would probably love this location if it was restaffed and properly maintained or replaced with healthier food like a Panera Bread or a possible wrap/salad bar. I think even an Einsteins Bagel or a breakfast place would do wonderful. If I’m walking more than a mile on campus for lunch and paying a decent $15 I would hope it wouldn’t make my stomach ache and put a frown on my face 🙁

They overcharged me for premium foods when I didnt order anything premium and the lady at cashier wouldn’t lower it when I brought it up at cashier even tho I just had Orange chicken. And they didn’t get me fortune cookie. Terrible experience, overcharged me for what I didn’t order and denied and wouldn’t lower it or fix it. Never going back.

I eat here everyday and haven’t been disappointed. The orange chicken is unparalleled and is great with the fried rice. You also get served quick.

It’s average at best. The orange chicken was very hard, is that normal? The broccoli and beef was OK along with the fried rice. I don’t recommend eating here.
