This was my first time trying this location since December last year, as last time I tried this location my order was completely wrong. I decided to order a pizza to be delivered last night and I was very satisfied and noticed significant improvements. I ordered directly through their app to pay cash and it was here within 30 minutes of me ordering Pizza was hot and had all the correct ingredients. Only negative was the breadsticks as they were misshapen and a little too greasy for me. However the good pizza made up for this in the most part. Overall (4/5) I was very happy to have a good pizza and have it delivered in a timely manner, but the breadsticks were a bit of a letdown.

This place is nasty!!
The guy who’s making the pizza dough is not wearing gloves and the pizza is almost to his elbows! Disgusting!!
Also, see my garlic bread. It looks nasty!! It really closed my appetite. The mushroom pizza has almost no mushrooms. This place should shots down by the health department due to health concerns.

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS LOCATION!!
Our delivery driver said that they knocked and called to drop off our order when we were waiting by the door and no calls were made. They proceeded to lie and the managers said there was nothing they could do. They wouldn’t even refund the tip or payment we had given in advance when we didn’t even get anything delivered!!We went and picked up an order ourselves after an hour. Do yourself a service and NEVER pre tip your driver. They will steal from you and the managers will protect them.

I placed an early delivery to be delivered at my job at 10:30. And I received the confirmation on email, but when I click on the tracker app, the app does not take me to my order and saying that There’s an error and there might be a problem with my delivery, I’ve tried to call them probably about 15 times and haven’t gotten not one answer. This is by far. Probably the worst customer service experience i’ve ever had

Just spit a Phillips head screw out of my mouth after taking a bite of my second slice of pizza. Order from this place all of the time. Unbelievable.
The manager Anthony told me he made this pizza himself and there was no screw in the pizza.
There was no seal in the box when it was delivered so I suppose it’s possible someone added the screw before it was delivered. I’m speechless. I’m not looking for discounts or free pizza. Just really pissed off. Don’t expect to hear anything from Papa John’s. They already got my money for this pizza so they could probably care less. Will be posting this on Facebook as well.

Ordered at 9:30pm said it was “delivered” on the tracker around 10:40pm, it wasn’t. Called the store and the worker told me that it was on the way! It’s now 11:44pm and I called the store AGAIN to ask about my order and they canceled the order without even calling to let me know. Absolutely diabolical customer service. And I couldn’t even go to pick it up at this point because they closed. What the hell Papa John’s. Do better.

I’ll be ordering from another location from now on. Really surprised you’re still in business. Ordered at 11:09 and the estimated time was 33-43 minutes. Order was finally delivered at 12:57 and wrong. I ordered Alfredo sauce and got regular sauce! Pizza was room temperature and there were no sauces. You charged me $0.49 cents for a sauce I never received. Had you been on time, I would have let that slide, but I want a refund for that. You’ve been having delivery issues for over a month, so don’t tell me that you make the pizzas fresh like you did in a reply to another negative review. You might make them fresh, but what’s the point if delivery takes an hour or two. I’ll be writing to corporate to make sure this location gets the help you so desperately need to stay in business. So many negative reviews in the community isn’t a good sign.
Edit: I have switched to Domino’s and have had nothing but pleasant experiences. Save yourself the trouble and just order Domino’s

Received our pizzas and when opening the the boxes in both pizzas the garlic butter sauce were broken open and all over pizza and leaking out of the box. Then our desert Cinnamon pull aparts tasted really bitter and no taste of cinnamon and definitely overcooked. Will never order from here again.
