I always forget to ask their names, but there are two young ladies that work at this store and they are always so friendly and inviting. Top notch customer service for sure. This is the only Papa Johns I order from and rarely do I order from any other pizza place, specifically because of those two ladies. The guys that work there are nice as well, but the two blonde women, make it very easy and accommodating. Next time I’m in there, I will get there names.
The only thing I have remotely close to a negative comment is that it’s carry-out/delivery. Would love to see how these employees could most likely thrive in a dine-it environment.
I do alot of DoorDash deliveries from this location as well, and still nothing but rave reviews.

I just want to give a huge thanks to the delivery driver who obviously dropped my pizza and chose to deliver it anyways. I knew something was up because the box was mangled and one side was open but this surpassed my expectations. I would have looked at it but they sprinted so fast from my door, there wasn’t a chance. I don’t know if they dropped it on the ground, in their car or what but im obviously not going to eat it now. He obviously touched it based on the grease on the front of the box. Really great service.
I called and the manager was great and gave me a refund but this is appalling.

Krystal is a fantastic manager at Papa John’s. She consistently runs a smooth operation, and you can tell she genuinely cares about both her team and the customers. The store is always clean, the staff is efficient and friendly, and the pizzas are consistently delicious. She’s a true professional who sets a high standard for quality and service.

I don’t know what’s going on here but the pizza was so freaking thin and the toppings were so scarce. I don’t know if it’s the manager or the owner being skimpy but it sucks and making the pizza really not worth it. Delivery driver was nice

Manager who clocked in around 6pm as of Oct 18th of 2025 is GARBAGE. Unhelpful, ignorant and clearly inexperienced. She tried catching a sarcastic tone with me over the phone about a deal their store was sponsoring, but didn’t honor and politely got cussed out and hung up on. Good thing my order was already in route
She still made my food like a good girl and will make the next one when I’m ready Hire better managers that won’t get the store a 3.4 rating.

i will never order from this location ever again . The pizza looked like it’s been picked all over , and it’s extra cold. I ordered a medium pepperoni & bacon pizza , & received a meat lovers. Not to mention im allergic to Italian sausage. Asked for wings to be cooked well done , & they are slimy.

Took 45 min and longer time than showed on order. Lady making pizza was not wearing gloves. This causes cross contamination and its against hygiene. Guy with long beard is really nice and friendly.
