We decided to jump on the astro 50% off special today by doing carryout. The order was ready on time and I actually was greeted by Julie. She was very nice and I asked her if she made our pizzas because they were exactly as ordered. She said, yes! This was our first time here and honestly from the reviews, you may need to do carryout because we didn’t have any issues on our order by choosing that option. Also, it was 3pm when we ordered today!

Whoever just dropped off a pizza at the Trails at lake houston apartments should be fired. My pizza was dropped off with the jalapeño already eaten??? Not even that you had the audacity to leave the rest in the box. Disgusting. The pizza wasn’t even good. I won’t be ordering from this location again.

Pizza was soft and doughy. Looked very ugly and unappetizing. I posted a photo of what they sent as the XL New York pizza with extra pepperoni. The wings I posted a picture of with a quarter on the plate to reference the small size. Food was warm not hot when it arrived. The only good thing I can say about the entire experience is that the driver was very friendly and courteous.

I had a late night order and a couple of toppings were missing from my pizza (mistakes happen). When I called, the manager was very nice and offered to refund my order immediately. I was so impressed with the service. Also, the quality of the pizza was delicious. Thank you! Will definitely be ordering again.

This is the third time the tracker has said my pizza is ready, but when I arrive, I’m told it’s not. Each time, I’ve had to wait an additional 10–15 minutes after the tracker showed it was ready. Do better!
