This papa John’s needs to hire better or more employees. Took 40 minutes for a carry out order to be ready. The screen was full of orders but the employees were moving at a sloth speed.

Last review was in the freeze last year, see below. Tonight we made the mistake of ordering again lol it was so dry and bubbles and tough, there was no sauce just bubbles of dough and cheese. Go to dominos, it’s way more consistent if you live in 76244.

Papa John’s has never really been the most consistent, but this location is glimmering example of the worst the chain has to offer. On the second try on our order, this is what I got. After they mistakenly delivered to a neighbor on the first attempt.
Large pizza, extra pepperoni, extra cheese, extra sauce. This is what they delivered. I called and the lady had the nerve to be like “it’s extra cheese so the pepperoni is under everything”… My response oh really I’m ripping the toppings off as we speak and there is no pepperoni. It really isn’t hard. I’m sure there is pictures for instructions in a place like this, that way you don’t even have to know how to read to make it right. Good times, going out in the 16° weather to get the third attempt.
Back again. Third time’s a charm. After trying to keep my kids preoccupied during this 3 hour ordeal. We finally got a pizza that is edible! If you have a few hours to spare, want to get your heart rate up, leave your house in below freezing weather, and feed a random neighbor for free because the delivery driver can’t read numbers, then this is the place for you!

Ordered a bbq chicken pizza. It’s flooded with Bbq sauce. I can’t even eat this. Did this location run out of cheese or something!? This is crazy! MAKE FOOD THE WAY YOU WOULD EAT IT OR THE WAY YOU WERE TRAINED! It’s not hard! I won’t ever eat here again and as I work at a retirement community nearby I will suggest to all staff and residents not to eat there as well. And I will not be sending it back so that it has the opportunity to be ‘dressed up’ by anyone upset at this review. Lesson learned! Never again!

Had a bit of an issue with my last order ( I won’t bore you with the details). I called today to discuss the issue and order again! Kent answered the phone and handled the situation like a true dedicated employee! He should get a raise and promotion or at least some sort of recognition for his dedication to Papa Johns. He mad me feel good about giving this location another shot at my business! He is a true asset to this company! I was never going to order from this location again until Kent and my conversation! Kudos to this location and Kent!

After we ordered 2 Large pizzas we received an estimated delivery time of 37 minutes. We didn’t receive the delivery until an hour after we ordered (almost double the estimated time) and the pizza was cold upon delivery. The delivery driver apologized and said they were short handed and there were only 2 people working. Very disappointed in the cold pizza and delayed delivery time. Almost $50 spent for cold pizza!!!

Placed order and informed them about my previous plans.
I was informed that if my address does not pop up in the system they cannot deliver. I said my address was correct and the one in their system is different.
The young man said “well thank you for calling Papa John’s”. Very polite young man and just hung up.
Evidently I was not even given the opportunity to pick it up. I live 2.3 miles from the location.
