Ordered online 2 pizzas and a breadsticks. Follow the pizza tracker says our order is ready. Get there and are told 5 more minutes. Go back inside and are told someone messed up our pizza and it will be an additional 8 minutes. Offered a free dessert and drink and did not accept. FINALLY get my pizzas almost an hour after ordering (26 minutes past being told they were ready by the pizza tracker) Open the top box to look at the sauce with the Breadsticks it is leaking everywhere and no bigger than a half dollar (the coin) and not even an inch tall. I ask for an extra one. And honestly im expecting one of the ones with actual papa johns packaging get another half dollar one sized one and am charged 1.08 for it. Wild way to do business.
The kids working had amazing customer service and tried to be accommodating for our time. It was definitely the manager that cared more about the 1.08 than people coming back.
Also don’t tip in store they dont get it it goes to the uniforms.

Family ordered three 2 topping pizzas. One pizza arrived all slid to one side of the box, one pizza only had one of two toppings and the other was perfect. Maybe it’s time to find a new pizza place.

PJ’s Midlo was too busy to fill our pre-order and didn’t let us know. Placed online order 2/27/26 am & rcvd confirmation for next day delivery of 3 pizzas & pan cookie at 11 am. Sat at 11:10 called to see if delivery en route, reached autoanswer. Rcvd call back explaining they had a large order that morning. Asked her if she was saying we’d be receiving cold pizzas. Turned out they had not yet begun our order. Since we and our visitors had plans for the day and were now behind schedule I told her we couldn’t wait any longer. At 11:45 I rcvd a call from DoorDash (apparently contacted through PJ’s) re pizza order; she wasn’t cancelled either. I understand things happen, but at some point within the 24 hours after I placed my order, someone at PJ’s knew there would be a problem and could have called, texted, or emailed that they were unable to fulfill the order and we could have made other arrangements. Ignoring problems in the making is a poor customer service choice.

I prefer papa johns over pizza hut and dominoes.
However, the only thing I would say that the other 2 have over papa johns, is time management.
This is the 2nd time having to wait after the pick up time. I only say this, because it was around 15 minutes this time.
But I will still order from here, because the pizza and customer service is good.

Been going there for about four months now. Hadn’t been to a papa Johns in around seven years. Because I had really bad pizza and service at one in Dallas.But I have to say these young people at the Midlothian store fix good Pizza,and customer service is first rate. Shyanne and Savannah know all about the current specials and deals. They weren’t there and another employee was unsure,so he went and got Kalob who knows all about it too. Give them a try. People are annoying. I stood there with a few other folk pizzas just looking at us. One person asked for their order and I had to ASK for my pizza that was just sitting there. Young girl with black shirt coming back and forth to the counter like we were all window decals didn’t say anything to acknowledge anyone. Could have all been avoided by a simple HELLO ARE YOU PICKING UP. But very on brand for what I expect from this location. Do better

This used to be our go-to pizza place in the area. They have a sign in front of the store, advertising pizza at $9.99 with three toppings. Apparently, they changed management because their service is not the same. They told us that the special is no longer available even though the sign is still posted in front of the store. I find that to be very poor service and a lack of accountability. We left and will not be returning.

My. Order was placed at 6:45 on the app. I even took my time coming to the store and arrived at 7:15 fully wxpefting my pizza to be finished. I walked into the store and asked the guy at the front desk for my order, to my surprise he said my pizza was not ready and it would be done in 30 minutes. I went to my car and waited 25 minutes before heading back I to the store to get in line. Once I reached the front desk I asked for an update on my order since I had already been waiting for 20 minutes more than I should have. The guy at the front desk couldn’t even find my mobile order and when he did apparently my pizza hadn’t even begun to be prepared and he said it would take “30-45 minutes more” on top of what I had already waited. At that point my frustration was over the top and I just cancelled my entire order. I can understand having a lot of orders and being busy but if that’s the case please let me know ahead of time instead of lying to me about the wait time so I’m not sitting in your parking lot wasting my time.

Ordered 2 pizzas for carry out, they were out of Alfredo sauce for one of the pizzas on my order. They called me immediately and greatly accommodated me for the inconvenience. Pizza tasted great. The lady who made my pizza was kind and considerate.

Made the mistake of ordering DoorDash on Christmas and they had the nerve to not stop taking orders when they fell behind. Almost 3 hours and still waiting for my pizza. I get it’s Christmas but if you’re 3 hours behind stop taking orders!!!
