5 Star review because their XL NY style pizza is better than any pizza anywhere close to me. Love NY style and this rivals any others NY style in the area. I’m a pizza snob so trust me on this. Downside, it’s not available all the time. When it’s not, sorry, but not a Papa Johns fan. Except for the garlic butter of course.

Changing my rating from 5 to 2 stars. I got my free pizza coupon and when i picked it up it was cold and honestly wasn’t that good. I was there maybe 10 mins after i got my notification that ot was ready so idk how ot go so cold so fast. I am a long time customer, but guess i will be switching to pick up at a different store from now on.

ordered two pizzas and it took an hour and a half to get here. i also ordered extra cheese on one pizza and it didn’t even have much cheese. My dad’s pizza was cold. Kinda disappointed but at least the stuffed crust was good

We ordered online and the estimated delivery time was over an hour and a half. We waited a while and then called the store to see if we could just change to carry out. The gentleman on the phone was so polite and apologetic, said there was a mistake with the website and our order was ready. When my husband arrived, he met him at the door with our order and discounted our order for the wait. The gesture was kind but his customer service was above what we expected, we will only order from here, as long as he’s there. He may be the owner or maybe the manager, but he did great and our food was perfect.

Would not honor coupon that was sent out. I take it this location is not with the company but private owned. Employee working the register was rude and condescending. It should not matter if it’s a online coupon or not. I will be pulling all my business from them now personal and with my company I am sick of the rudeness and disrespect. I will be contacting the BBB and the city and possibly filling a lawsuit over false advertising. This location goes down hill weekly this year they have had 3 General Managers.

Online ordering said the wait would be 90 to 110 minutes after we put in our order for one pizza. I called the store and the manager assured me they would have it to us in 45 min, so with trust, I waited. They had that pizza out in 25 minutes! A wonderful experience with a fully cooked and hot pizza. Thank you, Papa John’s Colleyville!
