It truly pains me to leave this review.
I have been a huge fan of this Papa John’s Location since the day they opened.
I have never had a bad experience with this location until the last few months.
I consider myself to be a “stellar” loyal customer.
I ALWAYS provide a 25-30% tip for the driver and always leave positive reviews
Our delivery experience the last few months have been abysmal. I know they’re having issues with delivery drivers, but that should not be a concern to me…
The last 3 deliveries the product has arrived completely inedible.
Over an hour late deliveries and twice the product was obviously dropped during transport as the pizza literally flipped upside down in the box
The store management have largely ignored the issues except the last fiasco
I was offered a “free replacement” but I’m thinking my loyalty deserved more than that
The store also never “seals” the pizza box so that the non-Papa John delivery driver doesn’t tamper with my order.
Very frustrating !

I am located between two stores, and I usually choose Papa John’s Colleyville. Like any restaurant, sometimes a pizza order doesn’t always come out correctly. I have found that if there is a mistake at this store, they make up for it by remaking the order correctly. Yes, it should be right the first time, but at least they are kind about fixing it up for customers. This is the next best thing.

Changing my rating from 5 to 2 stars. I got my free pizza coupon and when i picked it up it was cold and honestly wasn’t that good. I was there maybe 10 mins after i got my notification that ot was ready so idk how ot go so cold so fast. I am a long time customer, but guess i will be switching to pick up at a different store from now on.

I left a review thru an email I received from Papajohn but wanted to leave a review here. Was craving pizza, and usually go to the location in Bedford. The pizza from there is fine but didn’t feel like driving to Bedford so ordered from the colleyville location. Let me just say, I’m so glad I did because the pizzas and the cheese sticks were absolutely amazing. Perfect amount of sauce, cheese, and pepperoni. Dough tasted fresh too!! Whoever that was working that day on the line, thank you so much for making the best pizzas .i hope whoever was working gets rewarded for doing a great job. I will be going to this location from now on. Thank you!!

Papa John’s Pizza as a whole, has changed so my opinion is not just about this particular store cuz I go to different Papa John’s all over Dallas in Fort Worth and they’ve done something different with the ingredients. I began eating Papa John’s pizza when I lived in and had a business in Louisville Kentucky where Papa John’s started and it’s just not the same often my opinion of the pizza is they were horrible tasting., ♂️ ♂️

Order arrived 40 minutes late and delivered by a non Papa Johns deliverer. Pizzas were not transported in a bag so everything was not hot, more like room temperature. Corporate said they would refund my cost, it has been over a month and still no refund. Not a satisfied customer.

ordered two pizzas and it took an hour and a half to get here. i also ordered extra cheese on one pizza and it didn’t even have much cheese. My dad’s pizza was cold. Kinda disappointed but at least the stuffed crust was good
