My most recent visit was definitely something to write about. I placed an order for pickup via phone which was taken by a call center rep. There was an issue processing my payment so I told the rep don’t worry about it & that I would pay at the store & hung up. When I arrived for my order, the young lady (who appeared to be alone) advised me there was no order for me. I was perturbed to say the least as I was on my lunch break and didn’t have but 15min remaining. She apologized for the call center mishap & offered to make my order right then, saying it would only take about 8min. I was reluctant but decided I would take the gamble. Well, LILLIAN not only met my expectations, she exceeded them. My pizzas were not only hot, fresh & correctly made, she met the provided time frame. Lillian was courteous, accommodating & problem solver. She turned what could have been a very disappointing experience into something that made my day.

HORRIBLE experience here! I order pizza via the Papa John’s phone number and paid over the phone. I called back to make sure that my order went through and the rude manager answered the phone. She told me that they closed in 10 minutes and hung up in my face. Not only did she not answer my question which I asked very nicely but gave my order to a random doordasher. Its really ridiculous and maybe the person taking orders shouldn’t have accepted the order if they were closing soon. Don’t waste your time and money on this place. Go to domino’s or pizza hut.

They accepted my order and then 30 mins later said they canceled my order due to not being able to contact me by phone when my number on record had not rang a single time. Here I am waiting on my food to feed my kids and they didnt feel like doing their job so my kids go without. I usually order once a week here but I will definitely not order here ever again!

Do not purchase from here they slap the pizzas in a box and it be foloded up not cut even some pieces be thin the sauce taste old the bRead is very gummy and the manager is very rude when you call to fix the problem so no I don’t recommend papa John’s they suck

I asked for light cheese and they didn’t put light cheese at all. There were barely any toppings on my pizza and the crust was so massive the middle was sunk in, making it super thin and floppy. I don’t mind thick crust but I ordered a pizza not a loaf of bread.
