They put plenty of sausage and ham things like that but it’s just not good quality to me they barely put the cheese on there and pack the sausage on and everything else and it would be good if it was the small ground up sausage but it’s the big hunk sausage and the ham is very cheap I don’t know it just seems like it’s very cheap ingredients and then they slice the vegetables humongous. There’s one on the far south side in Greenwood that is a little better their sausage is ground up and their vegetables are cut up better. But I think I’m going to go away from Jack’s all the locations I’m just not a fan. How about a couple of good pizzas but it’s been so long ago

Ordered a pizza, breadsticks and a 2 liter of coke. We waited 3 hours and decided to call and see what’s going on. Ordered at 6:23pm. I said i could come pick up but whoever answered said they would work on it right then. We called again at 8:30pm because we hadn’t heard an update and said to CANCEL the order. However, this pizza showed up at 9:43pm. No breadsticks, no coke, just a pizza. And whoever cut this pizza is a joke, lol. We will be disputing this charge.

I spent over 100.00 on a order that was all the way messed up and I can’t even get my pizza remade that the manager said he would remake. He knew the he messed up on my order all the way. Both Pizzas were hard and seem to be old and toppings were not right one one pizza. They say they pile on toppings which is a lie. Bread sticks and Cinnamon sticks were hard as hell. I also gave a 10.00tip. Please don’t order from them. Y’all know y’all are out of line and pocket. Never again! Can’t even get a number to district manager.

Rude service. They said this is the type of cheese they have always used. The sauce was spoiled and barely any toppings. Spoke to the manager asking for a refund, all they did was re-printing my receipt. Then continued to blame her employee when she was the one that made the pizza. This place is on its last straw.

Just terrible. I don’t know what’s going on, but this is ridiculous to wait 2 hours for a carryout pizza. Very poorly made. Employees are very frustrated from lack of help. Not trained. Very poorly run company. I don’t recommend giving my hard-earned money to a very poorly run company. It makes me sad. They used to be better. What happened? Pay alot of money for very poor service and food. I just drawed the line no more of my hard earned money going to a poorly ran Jack’s pizza. Made wrong size. Not even our pizza that was made. Just very poorly ran. From a customer view. Not a very happy customer that spent $30 for a large pizza. Wit no extra cheese. No sausage liberties used to be..pile this on. Just not worth the money. Move on people.

I ordered a lard Jacks pizza Saturday night and 2hrs later I got my pizza and it was cold. Not Jacks delivery drivers but door dash they are using at the moment and so today being Sunday 10/19 I called up there and spoke to the GM and very polite and very respectful had no problem making it right so I order 2 strombolis and decided it would be wise for me to pick them up. Very pleased with the service and hospitality from the GM and his staff. The whole crew are a good team with good energy and great vibes. I kindly recommend Jacks for there pizza and I highly recommend just to pick it up until the can get some delivery drivers back in to replace the door dash drivers that have not a clue on what they are doing. Great food,great team ,keep up the good work guys!

I used to get a large for $20 but now all I get was a $20 10 inch small pizza, they’re customer service anticipates confrontation before they gets any so you can barely ask a question, if you do, you get a jerk like interrupting response. My order was ready in less than 9 minutes, which seems impossible and the slightly warm pizza would’ve been good if they’d put pizza sauce on it, I couldn’t even find any on the crust, you can tell by my pics it was so dry I had to buy sauce to dip it in from the nearest store. It’s been a few months but my past experience here was usually pretty good, so I am disappointed.

This place is on its last legs. Skimping and not using the correct cheese. Barely any toppings. Rude service. The “manager” even pretended to give me a refund by just reprinting the receipt, and then hid in the other room. Spoiled sauce cups, random globs of gel like substance on the pizza. Jacks used to be a local favorite for its generous toppings and cheese. Now its just weird. Sad.

Ive been eating Jack’s Pizza for nearly 40 years….this particular Friday, I ordered a XL and 10″ pizza online for pick-up. After an hour, I drive to pick it up, and to my disappointment I had to wait another 45 min. 3 guys were hustling to get orders out. But my biggest complaint is that NO ONE was wearing gloves! They were going from the prep station to computer/register to food, to phone to handling bread sticks. Not a glove in sight. While I do understand it being busy, you should never be to busy to practice basic food safety. I said a prayer over my pizza tonight in hopes I dont get food poisoning….

14 inch meteor pizza add pineapple and onions and 6 wings it’s okay very over priced 30 for this and 10 for wings. Some cheese would be nice! First time here used to order from jacks on Washington Street and they where always wings are like they are microwaved not worth it
