So we ordered pizza from them and paid extra for the sauces, the pizzas were cold and the extra sauces we paid for were not included with what was delivered. Tried to call them several times to say something and they never answered the phone and there’s no option to leave a message for a manager, it just hangs up on you. So I guess lesson learned, don’t order from this papa johns.

Genuinely im not sure what these other comments are about but ever since I moved to a complex relatively close to this location I’ve been getting my pizza from here, probably once a week or once every two weeks. Everytime I order from here it is good, hot, and the people who work there are always so nice. They always greet me with a smile and are so nice when im picking up my pizza

It’s been a while, I forgot how much I like Papa Johns pizza. Our usual is pepperoni w pineapple, and we get cheese dip for the crust. The pepper is always and added bonus.

I really like Papa Johns. The pizza is always fantastic and hot. But they’re always so short staffed! Delivery usually takes about an hour (1 hr 3 minutes this latest time) so I don’t order from them as much as I might otherwise. But if you don’t mind the wait, the pizza is always great!

Unacceptable. My pizza arrived as a pile of mush because it was obviously dropped. I called the store to put in a complaint. Their response was “We’re busy and are using Door dash for deliveries ” I was then offered store credit. Store credit doesn’t do me any good if I don’t plan on ordering again. The worst part was instead of taking the blame, they tried to blame Door dash. The person who dropped (literally) the food off was in a clearly marked Papa John’s uniform and had a PJ bag. I’m very disappointed in the service and handling of the food.

Order pizza from here 3 – 4 times per month, last visit asked for extra pepperoncinis a young man gave them to me, this time asked me for an additional 81 cents, in my opinion, this is bad for business, over such a small amount of change !?

I ordered one pizza for carry out at 2:24pm. I went into the store around 2:45 to see if the order was ready or updated as the tracker said nothing. I wasn’t greeted and after 10 minutes someone finally asked what my name was, but that was it. No update. Just a, “what’s your name?”
At 3:15 I finally got my pizza. One pizza took almost an hour. All PJ offered me was an apology. Not coupon or nothing. Tracker wasn’t updated timely, employees were terrible, and the wait was abysmal.

I am pet and house sitting litteraly a half mile away from Papa Johns on Broadway but I received a some what warm pizza that took over an hour……again I am half mile away. It’s Thursday. Y’all NEED to do better. The pizza itself was pretty good but could have been way better had it been fresh. Will never order from this location again. It would literally be worth driving to pick a pizza up from a farther location. Tip- maybe stop being so cheap and hire actual drivers instead of using door dash. Just a thought.

I ordered a pizza from here and when I realize the online mistake that was not on my part, it was something to do with the system. I went in quickly and promptly when they were still making the pizza and asked them not to put the hamburger on the pizza that my wife is allergic to it the manager of the store completely And utterly ignored that and then cook the pizza and then inform me that would be 45 minutes for her to remake it. This manager at the store should be fired. You should not treat veterans this way
