The past 4 times that I’ve ordered from this location the pizzas have been picture perfect. I order in the afternoon/evening and I’m always greeted with a smile. More establishments should follow in this example.

I WAS a customer for 10+ years. Today I decided no longer. My past, say, 5 orders have been just garbage. Taste awful, cold, expensive and if I call to say anything there is no accountability at all from the manager. Sorry but I’m done with Papa John’s. Despite the absurd NYE Traffic, I’m honestly GLAD I Placed My Order at This Location because upon receiving My Order, it was AGAINST The Traffic on the way Home. I Arrived to some Friendly Faces. They were ALL SMILES & seemed to be having a Team Meeting when I arrived, but EVERYONE Greeted Me. I felt like I was Rihanna. They pulled out ALL The Stops. One Team Member asked if I was picking up or placing my order. Another asked for My order Name. Another checked my order for accuracy. Like EVERYBODY was in sync & I could tell that This Store and The Manager ABSOLUTELY Hired and Trained His Employees THE PAPA JOHN’S WAY!!!

Is it just my orders or is it everyone else’s orders as well that always is missing something important?! How am I gonna eat pizza and not have the drink i orderd and paid for?! Yep Thank you Papa John’s for NOT answering the phone the 6 times I called and was left on hold for 15-16 minutes at a time. and NEVER spoke to anyone at all!!! I couldnt even eat my pizza right with out a drink to wash it down with. I give this papa johns NO STARS

The driver is very sweet. I feel bad for her. But unfortunately my 3 LG pizza were cold and 2 of them were hard as rocks. Burnt and crispy. Called the store who ever I talked to was someone who doesn’t know anything about customer service. That’s $30 out the window!!!

Having a family movie night with our kids, we received our pizza and noticed that it had hair in it. Called the place to speak with a manager to let them know of what was in the pizza, after being put on hold for a long time some associate got on the phone by the name of John and after explaining what was in the pizza he said …. I’m not going to be hearing excuses to not pay. What he hadn’t noticed was that pizza was already paid for and we just wanted papa John’s to correct it, he also said he wasn’t going to argue with me about it & that nothing could be done and Rudely hung up on us. It was very disgusting and so unprofessional for the MANAGER to act so rude.
