Honestly such an amazing place for real Mexican ice cream! But the customer service it’s top notch, the ladies are patient educated and very well trained! They are super friendly with kids and they can let you try many flavors with such a positive actitud ! I highly recommended this place, we came on Monday was kind slow and perfect for enjoy because I can be very sure weekend here are packed because they are really good!
The place it’s super clean and super organized! Not matter where you look you can tell the staff are focusing to keep very clean and presentable! Who’s ever it’s the owner or manager they are doing fantastic job!

I recently went to La Michoacana, and it was honestly one of the best dessert experiences I’ve had. From the moment I walked in, the service was amazing. The staff greeted me with a smile, were patient while I looked at all the different flavors, and even offered samples to help me decide. They made me feel welcome and took their time instead of rushing me.
The ice cream was incredible. The flavors tasted fresh and authentic, and you can tell they use high-quality ingredients. Whether you like fruity flavors like mango and strawberry or creamy ones like cookies and cream, they have something for everyone. The texture was smooth and rich, and every bite was full of flavor.
The shop itself was clean and colorful, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, La Michoacana stands out not just because of their delicious ice cream, but because of their friendly service and great atmosphere. I’ll definitely be going back again soon!

10/10 would come here again! The ‘Angel Kiss’ ice cream was delicious, and I loved the added bit of almonds in it. Definitely a flavor you don’t find anywhere else. My sister highly enjoyed the Fruity Pebbles flavor. There are so many foods and snacks I want to return for! I got to try soursop for the first time, too!

My children and I love stopping in here to get snacks. They have the best ice cream, it’s very fresh and agua fresca’s are amazing. My daughter loves the elote. And we love how clean and cute and colorful it is!! My daughter really loves the octopus and ice cream on the wall.

I don’t even know what to say to this, we got the “papas locas” and found this potato with mold, they told us it just looks burned and they usually come like that and. We’ve been feeling sick since then and I just wanted to write this review because the store didn’t even care. We had to throw away all our food and didn’t even gave us a refund, that’s how little they cared. I am doing this review because I have children and this I the type of place I usually take them for snacks or ice cream so please be careful and make sure you check your food before eating it

I came to get some tostilocos and a horchata with fresa water the girl who helped me honestly doesn’t know how to follow instructions. I told her I didn’t want peanut on the tostilocos and still added them gave me the water with just horchata when I told her at the beginning I wanted them both mixed. This place is slow but surely going down hill. The mango in the tostilocos are canned it’s not fresh like how it use to be I’m assuming they’re trying to cut costs sure seems like it. The tostilocos tasted like straight up syrup from the canned mango. Use to be my favorite place but not anymore the snacks are not the same and lazy work ethic.
