We ordered 2 large pizzas for pick up, and while in the car my daughter took a look at the pepperoni pizza we ordered for her and to her surprise, she can’t see the pepperoni on it and thought we ordered a cheese pizza for her. There were very few pieces and not much cheese, not to mention that we could hardly taste the pizza sauce on both orders of pizza we had. We also added an order of pizza sauce, which was only half full. They cheapen everything! We switch to Papa John’s for a while now, but I guess we’ll go back to Marco’s again.

I ordered delivery through Papa John’s. After I placed my order and 30 minutes of waiting I get a message that door dash is delivering my order because they are short handed. Which is fine . But I called the the store to make sure that door dash was going to get the $7.00 tip I left to the Papa John’s delivery driver. To which I was told no they couldn’t do that. So I gave the delivery driver $5 in cash that I had. But then I didn’t get all the Extra sauces I paid for. It was like $5.00 worth. I already paid like $50 in pizza and others to get told that my extra sauces had to be dealt with door dash. No I’m sorry… I didn’t order through door dash and now I can’t get my money back on those items ( oh yeah I was missing my desert brownie pizza). I’m sorry you’re business is having a hard time but still do right

False advertisement. All I wanted was some boneless bbq wings. Instead I got chicken nuggets with a teaspoon full of sauce. Disappointed should’ve went to wing stop or Pluckers. Advertised vs Reality

Its very rare nowadays that my family eats out. When we do, I’ll usual place for pizza is Papa Johns. The sauce and papa bites with the parmesan chicken are usually a hit. However, the past couple times, what I’ve received taste like sauceless pizza, mediocre bites thrown all over the box, and boneless wings that taste like they come from a Tyson’s freeze microwave bag. Its so bad I’m willing to lose out reward points, but I will not be going back…I can’t. I am so disappointed and unsatisfied.

Ordered online a few hours before. Called to check on my order and the automated system was on point. When I arrived it was steaming hot and the girl there was very nice. Great service. I was out of there in 30 seconds!!

called in an order through the call center a few weeks ago, they were out of red sauce and pepperoni, Devonna and the entire staff were very friendly and working very hard to let customers know. They substituted out the pepperoni and gave me a free pizza for next time. Just went in to cash in my free pizza and the 2 men working were pushing pizzas out! love the food and the staff is very hardworking!

Let me start by saying the only person from this place that deserves 5 stars is the young lady who assisted me and other customers. She was working the register and boxing orders. She was so sweet and despite the pressure of having so many customers in there she remained professional and calm. Meanwhile there were 3 other employees there who should have been making pizza’s but they were too busy joking and playing around. Taking their sweet time preparing orders. I waited almost an hour for my order. One guy was certainly out of uniform. He was wearing Nike slides and I witnessed him almost slip and bust his ass a few times. Also another complaint I’d why is the sign not lit. I went at night and I passed by the location 3 times because all I saw the dry cleaners. Corporate and district managers seriously need to come and get this location together.

I have ordered here quite a few times but the last two times the food wasn’t cooked all the way. This last one we got (previous Sunday) me and my entire family god food poisoning. I love papa John usually but this store making me want to go back to Pizza Hut.. such a shame.
