Everyday i try to go there after work at 11am and they run out before noon everytime of their regular bagels. This is a breakfast place which should have all their breakfast items in stock before noon even hits at least. Why do they never have enough plain bagels for the day? you’d think if they knew it was a problem they keep running out they would get more but no.

Ordered a small hot chocolate, an iced caramel latte, and a dozen donuts (half glazed half cream filled). The hot chocolate was hot water with no chocolate in it at all. They gave us the glazed donuts but also jelly filled donuts, which we did not order. The iced coffee was great.

Thank you for the employee that took the time to help my granddaughter pick out a donut at the drive thru. We got there after the lobby was closed. This employee was kind enough to bring a box of donuts to the drive thru window for her to view and pick the one she wanted. She left happy. Thank you.

Generally, I despise chains, but If you can’t find a mom and pop coffee shop hit up Dunkin! The wait staff was super nice. Ice coffee was solid, but watch your sizes they are huge! If your a donut person, they are solid! It is located in an easy to get to corner of a gas station off a main street

There were four employees in the building and were not offered any help trying to figure out the mobile kiosk to order. Specifically a lady with blue hair was talking to a friend our entire duration of the visit and on her phone and not preparing our food resulting in a longer wait time.
On other occasions the same male with glasses is always working and does his absolute best. I’m very appreciative.

100% recommend finding somewhere else to get your Dunkin fix. New location in coralville opened up and they are actually competent. Prior to that location opening I had no choice but to use this one and they are completely incompetent. 10 times out of 10 visits my order is wrong. Forced to go to that location this am 03/09/2025 and naturally, order is missing items. The employee looked at me like I was lost when I stayed at the window to check thru my order, and was less than polite when I told her that she was missing items. I will not go back to this location. The other one actually has competent employees. This location should probably be closed if they cannot find anybody to work that can read and count.

I like Dunkin coffee but this location makes me never want Dunkin coffee compared to the hospitality I see in competitors stores. Some of the staff, specifically the Middle Aged two employees, are just so rude. Depending on what is ordered will treat you different and act like you are wasting their time. They are also very rude when you ask simple questions. So immature compared to other places.

I went there last week with my fiance to get are morning coffee and bagels. I was trying to explain to the cashier that I have free coffee and donuts with any purchase I make. She was acting stupid and charge me for I explained to her 3 time and I scanned my phone. She kept deleting the offer and act stupid. I gave up and paid for whatever I ordered. So after i paid i double check the receipt and i realized that she charged me for extra stuff(my reward gift) I went back to talk to her. She kept shaking her head I called her manager and start whispering. I spoke up and explained what happened the manager ignored me and refunded the money. The said very loud I will try to remember this face I know those kind of trash people. I was so confused and shocked of her reaction and response as manager. Then I realized how dirty her cloth and the way she look to be in this position. NEW MORNING MANAGER, SHE IS RUDE, NASTY ATTITUDE & NEEDS TO BE CHECKED by her boss because she is going to run all the regulars away with her nasty, and rude disposition. Truly a terrible experience I just had with her and I will never ever go there again!!!

Arrived right at 5am. Only worker was having a smoke break which is fine. She watched me pull in and went inside. Sat at the drive through window until 5:05am. No one would take my order so I left. Starbucks it is I guess.
