I called to complain about the jalapeno pizza bites which are gross. When I called I was told if there was no problem with the order then I can just leave a review online. So here I am leaving a review. I’ve never had a manager seem so unexperienced and rude. Who tells a customer just go leave it review online there’s nothing they can do? I didn’t even take the time to mention that they just threw together my Philly cheesesteak papadia after such a rude response. Just look at this picture. The stuff was thrown together.

It’s been over two hours and I have yet to receive my order. The “Door dash” driver arrived 1:45 after ordering with the completely wrong order, she handed me one item and I had ordered 3, so she handed me the one pizza she had and it had the wrong address, and she took it back. This is absolutely one of the dumbest ways to do business. No one is answering the phone at the store. Here I am $35 in and no food and I can’t get in contact with anyone. The corporate phone number is useless as it directs you to the store that you ordered from, AND THEY’RE NOT ANSWERING THE PHONE. I’m never ordering Papa John’s again.

I had the best experience ever. My delivery driver was amazing her name was Markisha and her customer service was top tier. she has such a warm personality. she was inviting, calm, and friendly, she even complimented my hair. such a amazing person all together. When I order pizza I look forward to my pizza being delivered by Markisha, because when it is I know it’s going to be hot and fresh with amazing customer service. 10/10 She is amazing.

When I got there to pick up the food they had given away two of my items. They tried to send me off with less food then I ordered. We had to wait for them to cook another pizza and specialty item while we were waiting I asked for a soda for my inconvenience. I was told by the manager that they can’t offer sodas for free even though I was inconvenienced and I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for my already paid for food to be remade, to complete my order. I spent $60 I order two pizzas wings a specialty item, garlic, knots, and cinnamon pour part. And this is the second time I’ve had an issue with this Papa John’s, unfortunately is the closest one to my home we will be moving soon, so we will not be returning to the store. I do not recommend completely unprofessional, and the staff walked around looking for my pizza for about five minutes before they listen to me, when I asked them to just remake it.

Placed an order for delivery waited nearly an hr an nothing however the app showed my order as delivered. Refreshed the app again to see my order was not processed so I called and was told Doordash cancelled my order How when I ordered directly from PapaJohns so I requested the order to be remade and I would pick it up I was told ok and it would be ready in 15mins. I get there and my food still wasn’t made the same person who I just spoke with acting clueless and was then told my original payment wouldn’t be honored because it wasn’t placed through the app!! SMH

I placed a online order this evening and requested the pizza & wings to be well done . Of course it wasn’t ! 3rd time is a charm I won’t be ordering again . The online order stated well done but I’m assuming no one is reading what’s ordered & just preparing pizza !!! The pizza was undercooked, toppings coming off, including the cheese , oversauced pizza and the unsauced roasted wings were not roasted properly. Fatty and undercooked!!! Let’s just say everything was nasty and a waste of money !! Not to mention you are placed on hold when calling to complain ! I did file a complaint online & awaiting a response back !

Called for a pizza to be delivered. The pizza was burnt! Not edible. So, I called the store (11:40 am 8/27 and was transferred by Mark to a manager.Manager did not give his name. Only mumbled a hello. I asked him if he was the store manager, he said he was. He then told me that he was told he was alone do to a Covid in his store and he had over 200 deliveries he was making alone. (FYI I called him on a recorded line so I have the complete conversation.) I told him I would like the order replaced. He told me to call back after 5 pm (6 hours away) again he reiterated, he was alone and couldn’t help me at this time. I informed him I will be reaching out to his manager because he could just replace the burnt pizza and I’d be satisfied. He told me, “you do that and God bless you and have a good day” and hung up on me. So rude and disrespectful that I decided to write a review.

All I have to say is if you don’t want a throughly cooked pizza and like for it to taste like dough come here. If you want your toppings to be put in mounds and mounds through out the pizza and not spread out come here. If you want little to NO sauce on your pizza come here and enjoy wasting your money on BELOW average restaurant chain pizza
