Ordered the boneless bbq wings, the only thing my son eats from here, and it had a singular dribble of sauce, dry as a bone. My son didn’t get his dinner. Additionally, I scheduled my pickup for 4 PM and it was showing ready at 3:20, not fresh. Can we get some replies/solutions to these comments? Seems like no one cares. Thx.

Aug 16, 2024 ordered 2 pizzas on Papa johns site for delivery $31.39. I watched tracking. When it was picked up, status immediately changed to delivered. I called and was told they used door dash as they had no driver that night, and he or she stole my food. Asked for redelivery or refund, a girl named Jessica or Jennifer claimed to be a regional manager, said it would take 30 days to see a credit on my cc.
As of February 2025, still no refund or credit received. Additionally, I was told that I’m red flagged from ever ordering from there again. I wish corporate would come fix that place. It’s a scam.

I got harrassed by a door dash driver who was delivering food from this place. He was trying to make me give him an extra tip. The guy would not leave my property after giving me my food. It made me feel incredibly unsafe. Papa John’s can do better

Ordered 15 pizzas and was ready by the time I called to make sure it would make the time frame. The lady was nice and called to let us know we left our bag of dips. Very friendly and appreciate the service provided.

Called to place a order. Could barely understand the person who answered, clearly not from the states. Took too long for him to tell me how long the delivery time would be. Quoted me one price for the order then when I questioned it, lowered the price (which was still wrong). After about 15 minutes of this I just cancelled the order. Then to top this off, I called to talk to the manager locally to make sure the order was cancelled, he offered NOTHING, just verified it was cancelled. They have absolutely lost our business. My advice is to pick another pizza place. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star!!
