Update: the 2nd PP was not good.
This is close to my house so when I am not patronizing locally owned, I go to PJ’s. They just added Pan Pizza to their menu, and it was yummy. I actually liked it warmed over the next day better because I could put it on the bottom rack of my toaster over for more crispness.
I think if I get it again, when I get home with it, I’ll do that with the whole pizza for a couple mins out of the box to crisp up the bottom more. Just my preference to hear/feel a bit of a crunch.
The prices are always good and now with the Papa Dough, even better.

They have a great location. Lots of parking available. The atmosphere kind of sucks. There are two small chairs on a narrow entrance for customers to sit in while they wait. There was no restroom, tables or even a menu.
The food was just okay. We ordered two pizzas. Nothing special. I probably won’t eat there again.

Order my pizza in advance. I show up to the store app says pizza is ready…. after hearing the manager and team talk…. it turns out they gave my food to someone else. They apologized and remade my food. Had to wait 15 additional min. My time is precious. Manager knew I was upset did nothing but offer an apology. Something should have been given for the inconvenience. Had kids in the car ready to go home and a wife who needs that food 15 min earlier since she breast feeds. Way to ruin an evening

This location is a joke!! Ordered my pizza and was later shipped off to door dash for delivery. If I wanted a door dash experience I would have ordered from Door Dash. My pizza was ready and waited on a driver for 20 minutes, then the driver made multiple stops before delivering my pizza. Which is now cold!!! Papa John’s used to be the best of the chains, now they are just another disappointing pizza chain! Don’t waste your money, find somewhere else to spend your money.

This is a pizza joint. Best to stick to pizza when ordering. I made the mistake of trying the “boneless wings,” and holy moly. If I wanted… this… I would’ve microwaved some Great Value nuggets and drizzle them with a tiny bit of sauce on my own, thanks.
Even the horrendous chicken aside, Domino’s has better deals; their equivalent of the “pairings” deal, for example, is for 2-topping pizzas, not just one.

Ordered a pizza for takeout. Literally absolutely no communication when order was ready for pickup. No email or text. Upon arrival they proceeded to just give me the cold pizza and didn’t offer any explanation. They seemed so out of it I wouldn’t be surprised if they were all high on something. Of course, if I worked for Papa John’s I’d probably do the same.

Ordered the parmesean crusted smoky bacon papadia expecting it to look similar to the picture and description online. What I received was an inedible burnt crust lathered in bbq sauce and minimally “stuffed” with bacon. Asked for a refund and I was told that this is what the sandwich should look like. I received a refund after asking Brittany if she would eat a sandwich that looked like the one I received.
Try another location if you’re expecting good customer service and decent edible food.

Ordered an XL New York Style pizza and it was not only the coldest pizzas we’ve ever had delivered, they cut it horribly. You are supposed to be able to fold the pieces to eat them but as you can see in the photo it’s impossible on most pieces since 4 slices were cut far too small. Super disappointed ☹️ and won’t be ordering again. This was just sloppy. Oh and the banana pepper is just a shriveled up piece of weird. Totally inedible
