Ordered the new pan pizza. Didn’t know it was meant to be undercooked. Cheese was still in shredded balls with zero melt factor. Pepperonis floppier than flippers. Oh, and the pizza wasn’t even cut. All that, decided to give it a chance because it’s just pizza. No. I spent 15 minutes at 3 am in the area of my home where dirty discrepancies happen. It was awful. Don’t get the new pan pizza.

Ordered half Italian Sausage/bacon and pepperoni/ black olive. It had regular sausage although I paid a premium for Italian sausage. There was no pepperoni. It had ham chunks on it. It was a complete waste of money. This is on topnotch that the equipment was not working properly n I had to get out with my torn meniscus to walk in, stand there and punch a card number in in my bad leg. The food experience tonight was the worst Papa Johns.

Ordered delivery. It was running late so I called the store. After 3 times, someone answered. He let me know that it was him and a delivery driver and they are doing the best they can.
Next thing I know, our pizza is being delivered by doordash.
I didn’t mean to rush the guy, but wanted to say that the whole experience was great. He was very polite and professional.
I just want him to know that we appreciate you and you went above and beyond. Thank you! I will be ordering from this store every time we are in the city.

Ordered delivery. Delivery guy was really nice. My extra cheese, light sauce, well done pizza was gross. That was their last chance.
Manager is rude after a 2 hour wait for cold food. Going back to All American Pizza. Its cheap and good. Too bad, this place used to be good.
1/4/24 Tried again. Still really bad. The delivery girl was awesome but the food was cold when they got here.

Horrible customer service ! 12/13/2025 I placed an order for 8piece wings and only received 6. I called after I received them and spoke with the manager Damon or whatever and said he didn’t want to send out a driver for two wings so the next order he would replace my wings! When I call to place my order the training person on the phone says nothing was notated. I would not suggest doing business here. And yes, over two wings ! I have the proof from the time stamps of the calls and I even went as far as to take pics of the food.

Thursday with a Friday FEEL YAAAAAAS. THANK YOU PAPA JOHN’S for having everything I needed for my cravings. My friend ordered Extra Large Meatlovers Pizza, Jalapeños Cheesy Bread, Cinnamon Pull Aparts, and Root Beer. I picked them up because I was closer. The two gentlemen there tonight were super nice and friendly.

Normally I would not share this because I would never want a business to hurt based on reviews.
I ordered Papa Johns and there was a fly cooked with the pizza. See pictures. When I called and spoke to the manager Lee, he was rude and unapologetic. A simple apology and empathy would have done it rather than having a bad attitude and make me feel like it was my fault there was a fly.
Thus the reason for this review. If the manager doesn’t care about his customers or the fact there was a fly, then would the employees? I don’t think so. Change starts from the top! #leadbyexample
They have lost me as their customer.

Ordered a papadia with black olives, jalapeño, and pineapple. They delivered a pepperoni and black olive papadia, as I am a vegetarian I couldn’t eat it. I reordered it and spent another 8 dollars and they messed it up a SECOND time!! No pineapple on it and half ass cooked!! It’s true…don’t order from this location!

I ordered a pizza, bread sticks and a cookie pizza. The pizza was good but the the bread sticks were burnt and hard. The pizza cookie was pull apart cinnamon bread I called and was told that everyone is ordering the cookie this weekend and they sent what they had. To top it off he said when we try to call the person and tell them we don’t have that item we just send what we have. I had called them 20min before my order was delivered because it said it had already been delivered, got that issue cleared up and they could have asked me then about the substitutions but they didn’t. They never called to ask so when you order from this store it’s a crapshoot on what you’ll get. They guy I spoke with started out rude and tried making me think it was my fault they didn’t have any cookies. I have worked in the pizza shops before and it’s not hard to slide the bread sticks in halfway so they don’t burn or if they do to put new ones on so you don’t send out garbage and get negative reviews.

What a shame our food took forever to get here. Then once our food got here they didn’t give us our order correct at all we ordered 2 medium pizzas and then was greeted with these small pizzas no sauce at all on them and many pieces don’t have toppings on them at all. Like if you hate your job just quit this location is horrible!!!! The location on may is perfection!
