Actually went in to apply for a job and the interviewer asked me how OLD I am. I was responding to an invitation Email from an employment site. While playing it off the interview was already over for me as I would prefer to work for or with someone with basic human resources skills. The product and service were marginal at best. I hope to never have a reason to return to that location.

After a long day I stopped at kfc ennis location. The customer service is beyond amazing here. The lady working the window I believe her name is Ramona was so nice and made sure my order was correct. I did have to pull around to wait just a few mins for my food but again another amazing team member brought my food to my car. Just got home to eat food taste great.

Rude help. Poor service. Bad attitude. No choice of side. Just potatoes, take it or leave it. Sick less than 30 minutes after eating. Do yourself a favor and find lunch somewhere else. The dumpster behind any other place would be a better choice

I am so sick of this location I love the food but the customer service is ridiculous! Out of 10 of my visits my order had been incorrect or short 8/10 times. How do you not correct this after at least a year. Poor management and ownership!!! Hope another chicken franchise opens soon in Ennis because that’s the only hold KFC has right now.
