Online order. Hadn’t had papa John’s in a long time. Didn’t even bother to check the reviews before ordering Went inside to pick up. Place was kinda a mess. Music blaring. Guess they don’t have many going inside to pickup their order. Seen two people. One setting on her butt playing on her phone and had no idea I even walked in. Guy making the pizzas had to put down the dough in his hands to ask my name and hand me my pizza. Pizza was correct and hot in the box.

Dirty establishment. Dirty employees – no hygiene policies at all? Dirty hands/nails/no gloves/no nets on beards or hair.. horrible customer service.. the guy at window had the audacity to try to argue about a cup of ranch worth change, and they got the whole damn order messed up, took a piece out to dramatize the fact the pizza was not even simply cut correctly and then that we got a regular pizza and not NY style and where we’re the pepperoncinis lol – and then had us waiting 20 extra minutes after we pulled up after receiving a text stating my order was ready, but it would be “3 more minutes” that was at 12:46am… we got the pizza at 1:08am.

Food was good. But I ordered a pep. Pizza got a cheese did not notice tell I got home. No menu to see what you may want. Walked in and 2 employees where so loud I think they where arguing. I guess I will use a different location next time

I used to swear by papa johns, they never did me wrong. Until they did I guess. I don’t know how you can manage to mess up every single thing in an order. I also don’t see how you can manage to put all the toppings underneath the cheese and over the sauce? Undercooked frozen breadsticks, and then no sauce on my last pizza. Then they refuse a refund because we took bites of it hoping that maybe it would still taste okay. Horrible.

My first order with this Papa John’s was bad. The pizza was clearly reheated, the undercrust was stale and the slices didn’t want to come apart. However, the owner responded asking me to contact what I assume was their corporate review team.
My second order afterwards was perfect and made fresh with no repeat issues from the first order.
The third order I placed recently was also made fresh and with no issues. Was cut a little weird but it didn’t bother me. Added some pictures.
5/25/22 Update: Quality is questionable now. After ordering a pizza recently the undercrust was burnt.
3/20/24 Update: Placed a mobile order as I usually do, went when it said the order was complete. When I get there I give my name and..no pizza. They did not make my order. Had to wait.
I don’t know how it’s possible to confirm an order as complete and just not have it when I get there. I placed the order at a time where it was pretty inactive. To be honest, it gave me an uneasy vibe.
11/11/24 Update: Tried this place again, still bad. Mobile order, sat in drive thru for ten minutes, no one ever came. Didn’t answer their phone either. When I went inside they said my pizza would be ready in five minutes so just like before, order marked as complete but it wasn’t and again, this is adding ten additional minutes since I sat in the drive thru before going inside.
My theory on that now is maybe the employees want to add on some form of ‘wait tax’ since I didn’t tip, cause I’m the one picking it up.
Now, onto the actual pizza. It was bad, tasted mushy, like it was frozen. How they looked at that and said “Oh yeah, that’s fine” is beyond me, unless it was purposefully made awful. But I’m a paying customer, you don’t give your customers terrible products like this. I removed the original photos and uploaded my mushy pizza. Don’t eat here.

I can’t leave a review about the food because I never received my delivery. Order at 9:02 pm. 90 minutes later the app said delivered but still no food. Called the store and the guy that answered said the delivery driver gave my order to my daughter in the front yard. I don’t have a daughter that lives at home. So that was either a lie or she gave my food away. When I said I was disappointed and wanted a refund the guy told me to call the GM tomorrow and hung up on me. Then won’t answer the phone when I call back. I will be going to the store tomorrow to get my money back. I’d go tonight, but I’m so mad, they’d probably end up calling the police on me. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever received.

Not sure who they hired or fired lol.. but within the last month the pizza has been awful. Usually order here about 8 times monthly and it’s usually great. The thing that’s been mostly lacking lately is the sauce. When I went to pick up my order I saw someone (I won’t mention names, I’m sure y’all know who’s on the clock papa John’s..) making another order and he was out of sauce in his container and didn’t wanna grab another one to top it off, literally trying to scrape every last drop.. when he was done there was hardly any on the next customers pizza which he continued to make. Makes sense when I got home my pizza was lacking in sauce also. Someone’s gotta train this guy how to make a pizza… I almost wanna go a couple blocks further for dominos next time. Hopefully this won’t last, it’s been 3 visits with lacking sauce now. See for yourself in the picture.. just grease cheese and bread mainly
