When ordering a pizza today, we accidentally ordered it to our previous address through the app which is about 30 minutes away from where we live now. We didn’t notice this until the pizza was supposed to be here and it wasn’t and then we realized our mistake. Upon calling, we found out that the driver was in an accident and that the pizza wasn’t even at our old house. We drove to the shop itself and the man working was extremely helpful, kind, and quick to help us fix our mistake. We got our order within 10 minutes and it was made deliciously. I didn’t catch the employees name, but this man deserves a raise!!! It’s impressive he was still able to be so nice even with the obvious stress of the whole situation!

What a mistake – ordered from Papa John’s and didn’t realize that they had partnered with Door Dash. Pizza delivery used to be timely and we’d receive hot pizza roughly 35 minutes. Now it takes over an hour and the pizza is lukewarm at best. The driver blamed the store for it being delayed. Disappointed in this pairing.

Never order from chains but the ad enticed me. My $13 pizza ended up costing $22 on the app and took forever. Driver game me someone else’s pizza and I spent the rest of the night trying to get through to the restaurant to get help. They were anything but. After five calls I trashed the stupid thing (nothing on it I would eat) and made a sandwich. NEVER AGAIN!!

after over a year still nothing. I have nothing but disappointment here. I ordered for over 8 years from this store, and was loyal to them. Unfortunately October of 2018 I ordered 2 pizzas they arrived over an hour late and burnt and cold. when I asked about it the Driver just said “sorry” and left, disgruntled at her lack of tip. I sent a private email to them, and heard nothing back. Now I see Papa Johns in closing 100’s of locations, and is 4th place of the big 4. I can see why, you’re in a competitive market, you have to at least pretend to care about your long term loyal customers, or this will be the result.
