Absolutely awful experience. I came in expecting the usual Dunkin’ quality and service, but this location completely missed the mark. The staff seemed disorganized and uninterested, and my order was both wrong and cold. The coffee tasted burnt, the donut was stale, and the wait time was way too long for such a simple order. On top of that, the atmosphere felt chaotic and unfriendly. Definitely won’t be coming back — there are plenty of other Dunkin’ locations that actually care about their customers.

I don’t like this location. The environment wasn’t as welcoming as the others I’ve been to. The workers used vulgar language, unlike other locations I’ve been to. The food was pretty ok, and the coffee was too, but I did find a whole coffee bean in my coffee….

I usually enjoy Dunkin’, but I’ve noticed that their toasted food has a strange smell and taste. It’s almost as if the toaster isn’t being cleaned properly, leaving a burnt, stale, or even slightly rancid aftertaste on the bread. It’s especially noticeable with bagels and croissants. The flavor lingers and makes the food less enjoyable. I hope they improve their cleaning practices because it’s an issue that affects the quality of their food.

Doordashed from here and haven’t been to this location physically and I won’t be back. I live probably 5 min from here. My doordasher picked up my order and they forgot my munchkins, and I also got other donuts and they weren’t the freshest and the hash browns tasted odd.

Absolutely the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. I don’t post reviews. I figure people have off days sometimes. This place is completely ridiculous every time I come in. The manager w the multicolored hair makes it known when customers annoy her. I got that award today, because I ordered a box of joe and dozen donuts and I got to hear her complain about me, right in front of me about how this shouldn’t be ordered in the mornings they don’t have time for this…. I apologize for you not having time for my business. Time and time again I go in there her attitude is the absolute worst and the other staff under her poor leadership aren’t any better. The food is burnt or undercooked, it’s just sad.
