Danielle was amazing today! (12/5/25) She was unfortunately the only employee in the store due to her coworkers medical emergency and she handled it like a pro! She greeted everyone with a smile and kept the pizza’s coming as fast as she could! She deserves praise (and a raise) from her management and higher for her calm demeanor and dedication to servicing us hungry folk!

I would like to report a complaint and concern that occurred on 10/16/2025. The delivery guy who delivered my order to my workplace was very rude, un professional, and loud. He refused to hand my food to me demanding that I tip him first. Due to his lack of professionalism and grace as this is a business setting, I chose not to give the driver a tip and handed him the store receipt back showing ZERO tip. He then says “Next time you place an order it’s going to take longer to get here”, “You could have at least tipped me $1” before storming in the elevator. I am appalled that he is a driver and is allowed to represent your company. And due to the threat that my food/delivery will take longer to get here next time and (the uncertainty of whatever that means) makes me uncomfortable and certain that i wont be placing ANY future personal or company orders through Papa Johns. I wanted to share my experience with you pertaining my interaction with your employee today on 10/16/2025.

Will not order from this Papa John’s again. They managed to mess up probably the easiest order of the day. I only ordered garlic knots and a medium pizza on the pick for $6. My pizza looks like someone picked the cheese off. Instead of 2 pepperoncini I got one and the STEM of another. Garlic knots are drenched in garlic butter, so much so that it is seeping out the box. Also requested the spicy garlic dipping sauce and got marinara instead. But hey, at least the Pepsi was good but I ordered Wild Cherry so even they managed to mess that up. What a joke!

Employee was a jerk. Parked in the lot for a few minutes to find a restaurant nearby and threatened to call a tow truck on me. Didn’t care to consider why nor asked me. Would have eaten here in the near future, but not anymore.

I ordered some pizza to take to the ER workers on a Saturday. I had just sustained broken ribs and the guy who helped me check out loaded it in my vehicle for me! It was so very nice when he didn’t have to. The ER was so happy and said the pizza was wonderful!!

Idk what is so complicated about the extra sauce part. You can definitely tell the difference. Everytime I order its always lacking in the sauce. But I will say the delivery staff are always nice

I ordered a pizza from them on 05/18/2024 and I cannot seem to find their store number anywhere. When I received my order opened the box (now this probably will sound petty) there was a business card in there that’s fine.. DO NOT PUT IT ON THE PIZZA. I was shocked that it happened. That is a health hazard most pizza place stick them on top of the box. And honestly we didn’t even eat it to each it’s own I guess

Quick service last night. Called, placed the order, and it was ready to be picked up in about 15 to 20 minutes. That was even more impressive considering I was in a rush and it was likely a busier time for them, being closer to 5:30 in the evening. Staff was friendly and also made the pickup pleasant! My only complaint would be with the call-in system, which I believe used a foreign or at least out-of-state call center. The operator was a little difficult to order from, but this is no fault of the location or the workers there. Just something to consider if ordering from any Papa John’s!

My delivery guy was great. My pizza wasn’t. One star for the delivery guy and one star for it being nice and hot. The problem was that the pizza wasn’t cooked all the way through. It was chewy. We’ve always used this location because of the friendly staff and food but today, I am disappointed. I called the store to tell them that the pizza wasn’t cooked completely and the employee said that’s strange. That the pizza is on a timer. I guess I’ll just put it in the oven longer.
