The last two times I’ve ordered pizza from this Papa John’s it’s been terrible. Very little meat on a meatlovers pizza and way too much cheese and sauce. On each slice of pizza there’s no more than two small pieces of meat and that’s not a meatlovers pizza. That’s go light on the meat pizza. I’m usually willing to pay more for Papa johns because it used to be worth it but now it’s just a rip off. I’m finding me a new pizza place.

Was inside waiting on my order and a doordasher came in to pick up his delivery up. The manager was unprofessional and blew up at the DoorDash worker. Put hands on 2 people and continued to run out after them after they left. They brought order out and I feel bad for those people. The situation was all because of the manager being unprofessional. I have never seen something get that out of control based on the employees of the restaurant acting out of control.

The store canceled my order twice for my daughter’s 8th birthday party with no good explanation. The manager was not interested in helping me or making this right. He kept telling me he “just opened a few minutes ago” and to place a third order. My party had already started so this wasn’t an option. He told me he doesn’t want to serve me anymore so I left without a resolution. They act like there are no other options in Searcy. Will be filing a corporate complaint.

Store general manger Daniel skinner was so rude about “not having my order in their system” after it was paid for which I had proof of and told me there was absolutely nothing he could do. My order was 2 medium pizzas. Not like it was a 60 dollar order but even if it was! I had proof of payment! He told me to call customer support. So I did because I explained to him I had been waiting well over an hour and had hungry kids that needed to go to bed and wanted their pizza! I literally live a few blocks away and it was a Thursday that’s why I even got concerned! Anyway there are several open complaints on this general manager and the support line told me he could have absolutely helped me but didn’t. They need a new GM there because I love papa John’s pizza when it’s right! Also let me add in he hung up in face!! Completely unprofessional!!!

I recently bought 2 chicken Alfredo pizzas. One came with only toppings on one side because the delivery driver screwed it up. Then I went today to complain about it and order another one. They acted like they didn’t care about the first pizza. The one I got today had pizza sauce instead of Alfredo sauce. I called them and once again, I’m not important so nothing is happening. I’m out $50 and they act like they don’t give a crap. Don’t order from them and make them suffer

This place is a mixed bag, but when they mess up, they do it all the way. A pizza shouldn’t take two hours to be delivered. It also shouldn’t be stone cold. The store especially shouldn’t be unreachable by phone. I tried calling twice to cancel my order, and the store was stated to be “closed.”
