Even though J Dawgs has been around for a while, this was my first visit—and I’m glad I finally stopped in. I went with the beef dawg, and it did not disappoint. The bun alone was next-level—soft, fresh, and the perfect complement to the dog. We also ordered a side of fries, and to our surprise, it was more than enough to share between the two of us.
What really stood out was the value. Dinner for two for under $18 is almost unheard of these days, especially with food this good. Service was fast and friendly, rounding out a great first-time experience. Definitely worth a visit!

The worst experience I’ve ever had at JDawgs. We had to repeat our order to the kid doing drive through and he was just straight up not listen after we repeated way too many times. So many times he went and got someone else to take our order. I saw he just went to the back and started goofing around with one of the other people making the Dawgs. On top of all of this one of our hot dogs has a hair in and and the fries were extremely cold. Thank you Ash for fixing their mistake and taking our order correctly.

This is not just another hot dog place. Normally I don’t care for hot dogs but I like JDAWGS! I prefer the polish dog, but I actually like the regular too! The buns are amazing. I love the taste of the sauerkraut, it’s not too tart not over sweet, and I absolutely love the sauce. Just a little hint of heat, not too sweet, lots of flavor. Perfect. Give ’em a shot. The price is right. The portions are good. You won’t be disappointed!

They must’ve recently changed the buns. This used to be my favorite place. The new buns are DISGUSTING. They are so tough almost stale feeling and too big. There is like a whole extra bun worth of bread left over. Bring back the old buns!!!!

Special shout out yesterday for Amanda. She was on top of it with our big and somewhat complicated order but most importantly took great time to provide such wonderful customer service. I don’t live in Utah but when I go I make sure to stop in at J. Dawgs. Hands down the best polish and beef dawgs I have ever had. Their homemade sauce is the icing on the cake (or dawgs in this case). I always get it with everything on it and have never been disappointed. They need to come to AZ!

This may just be my opinion for this spot but for me it was just ok. The service is good though and the kids that’s work here are friendly which made our experience better. I do like how they keep their menus simple. It was a nice experience overall. Maybe im just not a hot dog person. I’d say try it if you haven’t.

Yummy! JDawgs are a Utah staple. Big dogs cut with crisscrosses and then grilled. The sweet shave is super yummy. Toppings include onions, pickles, banana peppers, and sauerkraut. They also have fries. Super yummy. It is $6 for a dog. Fun vibe.

The beef dogs were just ok. The onions should have been grilled instead of raw. The drink was too small for the price. The fries were hard at first. They were seasoned fries which is not stated on the menu. The season was very good but too spicy for my condition. There should be more options for fries and dawgs. The food was disappointing for this dawg lover and the price for a dawg fries and small drink was outrageous at $12.99.

Food at J Dawgs is always awesome. I decided to give a review because the service is the best. The last time we went in, we ordered 12+ hotdogs an hour before closing. Hannah and Amanda were super helpful and friendly. They labeled the food for our family and gave us as much sauce and condiments as we needed. Even when we go through the drive thru, the staff always has a great energy about them.
