The manager on duty was kind and helpful, the employee who greeted me seemed to be pretty new, but he was very kind as well. It was my first time coming in person. I got one of those giant cookies. It was done in around 5 or 6 minutes. I was in the store for 15 minutes at most. I will say, when I have ordered pizza in the past, some of them were a bit undercooked(due to having a lot of extra toppings), but the pizzas are good and its not a difficult issue to fix.

Placed an order for pickup. Entered the building not one hello, hi how ya doin.. nothing. Customers should be greeted when they enter an establishment. On a good note food was hot and ready.

Pretty disappointed. Ordered 3 mediums and they hardly put any meat or veggies on our pizza. Paying way too much money for just bread and sauce!

Pizza is great, love the garlic butter sauce for dipping the crust. This pizza does not seem as good cold/second day to me, and that is something important in my house.

Ordered a large supreme pizza with half only pineapple. ended up getting half cheese half of supreme. Pizza was left at my door with no alert that the pizza was delivered. I ordered the pizza at 8:30 and got it at 10:45. Pizza was barely warm. Pitiful.

Hey, hi. So last time we ordered my 2 liter wasn’t delivered. Was told my the store manager it would be sent with my next order in the future (never happened by the way lol). So we order again tonight and the XL pizza wasn’t even cut. At all. Is cutting the pizza not apart of the service anymore? Because I’m confused. I just feel like that was very intentional and rude. How do you forget to cut it? Anyway, please treat your customers better because this is now the second not so good experience with this location.

The bread is raw and the toppings just slides right off, I’ve trying to call them, either fix my pizza right or give me my money back,

Used to work in the Papa Johns pizza dough factory in Denver. LOVED Papa Johns pizza there in Colorado. Get out here, yuch. One thing I noticed is that they just don’t cook the hand tossed pizzas enough. They are always full of raw dough. Not good. I think if they just cooked them longer the entire pizza would benefit. Raw dough is no fun. It’s happened every time I order, 4 times. I so wanted it to be good. Won’t order again.

I used to eat PJ pizza all the time. There was one on Airport Road near me. I thought PJ had about as good a pizza as anywhere…. WELL NOT ANYMORE. The pizza we got today from this store was terrible. We asked for thin crust. It was not thin. There was not very much sauce at all…..not like the Airport store that closed. The crust had this HUGE RING OF SOLID BREAD all the way around… very thick ring of just bread. I guess that is cheaper than sauce and meats…. just this huge ring of thick bread. The pizza was not at all like we expected. I expect this one will close too if my experience is typical…just all thick bread and not much ingredients. I will not be back or recommend it.

Biggest complaint is that they “won’t deliver” to my area, but I see Papa Johns cars in my neighborhood all the time. I don’t know if we’re right on a boundary, but it’s very frustrating having to pay doordash fees for delivery.
