I have ordered from this location many times. Most of the time its quick and tasty, though I usually carry out. Tonight I made an online order for delivery and 20 mins later it was canceled for some reason. Called the store to inquire, and guy asked me if I wanted to order again and I did. It was 10:50pm. He said it would be about 40 minutes. Here I am at 12:45am with a growling stomach, hangry as hell, with NO PIZZA! Not even a phone call! Charged twice for an order I never received. And of course no one answered when I called at 12:05am. Maybe my $5 tip on a $20 order wasn’t good enough to deliver this late for Door Dash? Will definitely be calling the store tomorrow!

I ordered a pizza around lunch time and the wait time that it gave was from about 12:30-12:45. I wasn’t expecting it to be ready at 12:30 because I had just placed the order, however as soon as I got in my car to pick it up it said it was ready. It was a large 1 topping (pepperoni) pizza and I added two extra toppings so I didn’t think much of it. When I got there at 12:30 the pizza was not actually ready and there was only one person inside working. I’m assuming they marked it as ready so their time wouldn’t go up while I was waiting. I would not have had an issue with this if the pizza was made properly. My Pepperoni pizza had one peperoni on per slice (if that) and was just sprinkled with the other two toppings. If anything it looked more like a cheese pizza with added toppings. Furthermore, the pepperonis did not taste like they were fully cooked. They were still quite flimsy on the outer parts and had the texture of lunch meat. This leads me to believe that the pizza was rushed because there was only one person doing all the orders when I walked in and they looked pretty stressed. Another thing that was off-putting was watching that employee handle all the pizzas with their bare hands. I understand that sometimes hands can be more sanitary than gloves, but they were touching their phone and other items in between making the pizzas. I don’t really blame the person working because they had no help during what seemed to be a lunchtime rush, but this all resulted in a pretty disappointing experience on my part. I have never had an issue with this Papa johns, but after seeing how things are run at this particular location I do not think I will be returning.

Didn’t get everything I purchased and the box was open.
Pizza had multiple toppings on it that weren’t ordered, whole thing was just made sloppy.
Called about only some of the issues, ultimately got nowhere… said she could only refund a card payment.
Also said the dasher (person who delivered the pizza) left the missing item and they were likely the reason the box was open.
Would also like to mention when we spoke to the dasher he said the “lady at the store” had an attitude all night.

STORE GM DAVID who lied about his store number when asked didn’t want to refund me on a $45.00 order my pizza was cold and I didn’t like the way it smelled. When I called to complain he instantly cut me off and said my order was on the way. My order had already arrived and I was already disappointed and he wanted to answer my question with hearing me out. Stated that he was going to send the delivery guy back to pick up the pizza to process my refund and never did. Once I called corporate they gave me the correct information about the store. Worst customer service experience ever. Accused me of wanting free food, if I spent 45.00 on pizza and papadila. I only complained about the pizza, was informed they don’t do partial refunds. David became very argumentative with me and as the GM this is unacceptable. I called corporate to find out he didn’t submit the refund. I told him if I came up there we were going to have problems, he asked was I threatening him. I told him no that’s a fact if I come up there it’s going to be a problem because this is unacceptable. No one has come to get my order, but I spoke to corporate about it to get it escalated. It’s now almost 5pm I ordered this at 1:00 pm

I love papa johns. The best pizza in the world to me and I’m pretty sure to a few people to. Although many might disagree but that’s my favorite pizza place and I’m sticking beside it. The cheesiest, the crispiest, mouth watering pizza you will ever have. Tell them Taisa sent you.

Redheaded guy is great and super friendly. Took care of me and other guests quickly and with a proper disposition. The girl with the 2 nostril piercings needs to learn how to work customer service. Acknowledging the customers is a step in the right direction. Rather than looking people dead in the eye and walking away with your frozen coffee drink cross contaminating everything.

The people were great here and seemed genuine. It was nice to see a few tables and chairs available to sit while waiting for the food. The pizza itself was passable. I remember Papa John’s being much better than it is today, especially the sauce. Everything was cooked appropriately and fresh, but the flavor was just meh.
