Took an hour and a half to be delivered to us. The driver was extremely impatient even though THEY were the ones who were way late! The pizza was so cold I could only choke down a couple slices and the garlic juice that comes with the pizza leaked all over everything. Never again!

I did not have a problem with the staff. They were friendly and prompt to take my order and it only took 10 minutes to receive my pizza. The problem was with the pizza. The crust was tasteless, thin, and chewy. The crust had always been my favorite part of Papa Johns. I returned the partially eaten pizza and staff said the crust is now made by a machine instead of hand made. I was not offered a refund or a replacement item. I will not be returning.

I have been ordering from this place for a while and it has been consistently good to average. But, tonight on 11/12, I had some of the best papa johns pizza ever. The cheese to sauce ratio was spot on, the crust was exactly what you want, the toppings were of the perfect proportions and they were layered under the cheese. You could tell someone took the time to bake a genuine pie to spec. I will be ordering again. Kudos to whoever was working the kitchen that night.
