Latest take out experience was absolutely disappointing. Crew did not practice cleanliness – Nor did it phase them when addressed. I witnessed a young lady prepare my pizza after “tossing her long braids, playing on her cell phone… and go directly to pick up the pizza dough. There were shoes sitting idle in the corner. I inquired about training/preparation process with another “team member” about who owned this franchise/location and he simply replied “a black couple” No names, info beyond that! You know I was ready to make a call! Asked if they used sanitary protection (hair nets, caps, gloves) and they don’t – He said “they wash their hands! I have a nice video – I’m confused… they advertise “touchless” however, in preparation visible contamination at it’s best. A follow up telephone call was placed to inquire about team members and unfortunately, the gentleman on the telephone advised “Ma’am, that was Me” not professional. Proper training in sanitation, customer service lacking. I would love to speak with the “new owners” – Searching LA Corporations immediately! Clean up your act Franchise #…. ??? It is my wish to speak with upper management… Escalate please if anyone knows

Papa John’s Pizza on Tulane provided polite service for my carryout order, in an extremely clean pizza kitchen.
I ordered the stuffed jalapeños and had a free chocolate chip cookie via my Papa John’s account.
I do recommend this location on Tulane and will be ordering from here again.

The extra stuffed chicken pizza was around $20. The taste was great even with only a single topping. I also ordered the 10pcs boneless chicken wings for $7 but got delivered the wrong dish instead. It was the 6pcs wings. And something in it maybe or the sauce didn’t agree with me. Got stomach pains within hours. Suggestion: Just order the popular dishes here.

Absolute worst customer service at this location. Lady behind the counter never acknowledged that I was there, she clearly saw me but figured listening to her iPods and putting stickers on pizza boxes were more important than saying a word to me. One of the pizza makers finally had to turn around me standing there for 5+ minutes and said something. Will never order from here again

My biggest concern is why is the bathroom or of order for ever now!? Y’all need to get this bathroom fix it’s very sad to be taking all the money from customers and we not allowed to use the bathroom. Especially when you Dashing there is already hard to use the restroom this is ridiculous
Maybe the state can help y’all get that bathroom fix up to code

I sometimes am tasked with ordering a large amount of pizzas for my work, and this is usually the location that I order from. I am impressed every time! The staff are consummate professionals who are always friendly and go the extra mile. They assist with delivery when necessary and when I pickup, they help bring the pizzas out to my vehicle. The orders are accurate, hot, and on time. I really appreciate their work even when tasked with large orders!

Waited over 2 hours for a medium cheese only pizza. Arrived cold and dough was raw. Called corporate and obviously was thrown to the side. Promised a refund, but never received. Used to say Papa Johns was best franchise delivery. Unfortunately will never be ordering again from this location or any other for that matter

I would give this location zero stars if I could.
I ordered pizzas an hour before it needed to be delivered. This was going to a school for kids to have as a special lunch. 1 1/2 hours after order, still not delivered, and the kids will not be able to eat the pizza for lunch. No call from the restaurant that it was behind, that it wouldn’t be there on time…nothing. The only response from the manager…yeah, I should have called.
This is a horrible way to do business.

Just ordered from them on Uber Eats. I ordered two pizzas, cheese sticks, and a 2 liter. Everything was cold! You probably thinking that I live a long way from them….Nope! I’m 5 minutes from them. Uber driver came straight to my house. Better Ingredients…Better Pizza? Na…not from this location!
