The pizza was made the way we like and ordered it. The garlic knots are absolutely amazing way better then Domino’s. Love the bread sticks. The service was fast and it was delivered fast. Thank you.

stopped today, one person taking orders and cooking, and she was not in a good mood! I had to ask for receipt to collect my points, then the stupid app would not take the numbers to give me credit– course I’m used to this by now, I have NEVER gotten reward points for the last 4 times I have gotten pizza here! Unbelievable! Truly horrible experience! This is what they gave me! It is a drizzle of sauce and you can’t purchase more??? Is this a joke? They literally told me if you get a box amount of wings they don’t shake them…so you are punished for buying more wings??? Also they don’t respond to complaints and when they do they don’t try to make it up to you in any way.

I placed an order on the Papa John’s app. The Door Dash delivery was not delivered to where it was supposed to be. I contacted door dash and they were not helpful. Then contacted Papa John’s and happened to get the manager. Had explained to him what happened and offered to place a carrot order and pick it up. He told me he would remake my order and have it ready in about 12 min and there was no reason for me to pay again. When I arrived at the store he had it ready and also informed me that he had refunded me for my previous order. He fixed the issue and made it right with the customer with no questions or hesitations! Thank you!

This used to be my favorite place! Until tonight, when our customer service was awful!! I had known for a week that Id be ordering supper on New Years Eve. I placed our order at 7:20am for pickup at 6:30pm.
We were told after showing up on time that our pizza would be another 25 minutes. We live out of town and so we had to drive from 30 minutes away. One of the employees was snarky and rude when I questioned why our order wasn’t ready because we had ordered it with plenty notice. I had even called at 4pm to verify pickup time. I do not complain often because Ive worked in the restaurant business. However I knew better than to treat customers with the blatant rudeness and the disrespectful way we were treated tonight.

Food’s always amazing I love Papa John’s. Service is only three because they lost my food order but a five-star on how they fix the problem. They ended up fixing my order within 10 minutes and giving me my old Pizza in return so I ended up leaving with double of what I ordered.
