So as of the night I will never order from this place again like Ron was too busy to deal with his customers there was an issue we called as we are Pizza workers for over 24 years and he couldn’t even deal with the issue he made us call doordash cuz he was too busy oven full of pizza the way the phone call got picked up he was too busy yelling about putting sauce on a stuffed crust does anyone argue argue with my daughter I had to call back and talk to him and he was just rude like I’m a restaurant general manager and I know damn well it’s hard to find good work nowadays especially at a pizza joint yoga do better oh by the way if I could load pictures I would but the pizza wasn’t even cut

I found hair in my pizza , as in cooked into the crust. Then when I called the hung up on me once I told them the problem. I called 2 more times till they took my call. They wanted to send me more food, was like absolutely not. I dont need or want more hair pizza. This is the one on State Avenue, so will never eat there or recommend to anyone again. I’ve ordered from this location for the last time. My order was supposed to be ready at 5:40-5:50. I got there about 5:50. The person working up front told me it wouldn’t be ready til 6:30 no question. No apologies, no eye contact. Nothing but an insolent and rude attitude. When it was ready, she called my name and tossed it on the counter and walked away. Absolutely no effort to be polite. I watched her pick up the phone several times after it rang and put the caller on hold. I didn’t see her ever pick up those calls. I’ll find some place else to go from now on. And yes my pizza wasn’t ready til 6:30.

First time actually using papa johns. We are normally a Pizza Hut family. But I am super happy with the food we ordered and received!
Garlic knots seem a bit burnt but still really good. So no real complaints I have, the delivery drive was sweet and smiled and seemed to have a great personality it’s great to see that with this company cause normally the drivers are not so happy.

I ordered half and half pizza of pepperoni and sausage from the app. I received a full pepperoni pizza. Called they said I order whole we’re do you see whole on the box it literally says half and half. And if someone is wanting their food to be delivered as no contact. That means you do not contact the customer you just drop it off at the doorstep. Make sure when your delivery driver is delivering to read the order right and not contact a customer to have to get there food outside of their car with them just seating there. And not following orders. I normally don’t do reviews but this one today was just uncall for.

I did a call in order for 2 one topping pizzas for $13.00. One pizza was pepperoni, and the other was sausage. These pizzas were not the quality one would look for when ordering pizza. Just have a look at the pictures. To make a long story short, I went back to get a refund and a guy by the name of Jewell said he was the manager just started punching buttons on the cash register then looked at me and said my refund will be back on my card in 5 days. I noticed he never looked at my receipt. He finally got my receipt and sent the refund to my card. I will be following up with the corporate office on monday. My recommendation of Papa John’s on State Avenue is to avoid this place at all cost because when the manager is giving the customer bad service then you know the employees that work under him have this same quality. This place deserves -10/5
