First I am (or was) a regular here, last order was delivered by a sketchy door dash driver, the pizza boxes weren’t sealed, there was pepperoni obviously missing all over the pizza and a dirty greasy box with pepperoni outlines on it, I email papa John’s and receive no response! You lost a regular with this order, really gross.

Ordered a pizza. The delivery driver ended up being from door dash and he couldn’t find my place and decided to keep the food. I call the store asking them to do something . 2 different “managers” told me they would have it sent out again but 0 compensation. Both were rude and unhelpful. Ended up not getting any food and doubt their managers will do a thing .

I hadn’t been to Papa John’s for the better part of 18 years, because every time I ordered a pizza I ordered it with extra cheese. We decided to try the Papadilla and we loved it. The first two times there was extra cheese like we ordered. The last four haven’t even though we ordered it. Even though we love the Papadilla, we won’t be back. Maybe in 18 years. I just want it the way I want it.

From 4 stars to 1 star! I was a regular until a door dash delivery driver decided to snack on my toppings and papa johns never responded to me. Went from ordering weekly sometimes twice a week to absolute zero. Never again.

Ordered a pizza tonight just before store closed for orders. Tracker stated order was received, then that it was on its way. Finally stated that order had been delivered, but nobody ever came to the door. When I went to see if it was left on the porch (again, as nobody ever came to the door), I found nothing there. So, I was charged for an order that was never delivered… potentially never even made. Couldn’t call the store as it’s after hours. Couldn’t call the customer service line as it’s after hours, too. Literally have never had this happen before and this is easily the worst experience I’ve ever had doing something as simple as ordering pizza. Will never order from this location again and will be disputing the charges.
