Constantly poorly making pizzas and then refusing to refund after promising to refund. Instead sending worse replacement pizzas and insisting that 2-3 inches of crust and scant toppings pooled in the center or sloppy sauce and big crust bubbles is the standard quality I should expect. Nonsense. Sucks that there is no way to switch which store makes and delivers your food. Do not order from here unless you like 30% crust and very few toppings. Everyone has an off night, but COME ON.
UPDATE: The GM, Caitlyn Chaney emailed me at 12:30am to lie to me, stating I was offered the choice between a refund and a redelivery and that I chose redelivery, which is false. I was offered a refund by the call center guy, I asked the manager and she said only a redelivery was an option, I even asked if a partial refund was an option and she still refused. I will look into initiating a chargeback, since she’s a liar and Papa John’s has no corporate customer service option to report this.

Title: Disappointing experience with pricing and service
I’m a loyal customer of this Papa John’s location, usually visiting about four times a month. Tonight, I was charged $46 for one pizza and a five-cheese breadstick, which is far from what I expected with the buy-one-get-one-free promo. The staff seemed unable to resolve the issue and pointed blame at Uber rather than taking responsibility.
The pricing and promo application appeared incorrect for my order.
The five-cheese breadstick seemed overpriced and not in line with what I’ve paid in the past.
The response from the team was don’t feel helpful or solution-oriented, making this experience frustrating.
I value this location and would like to continue supporting it, but I hope the team can:
Ensure accurate pricing and proper application of promos
Improve customer service and accountability when issues arise
Confirm items are prepared to standard and delivered correctly
I’m sharing this so the store can improve and future customers have a better experience. If the team can review the order and offer a fair resolution, I’ll reconsider my rating.

I’ve ordered from this Papa John’s weekly for some time now. Surprised the reviews are as bad as they are.
The core staff at this location have been nothing but good to me and to my pizza orders. Out of the many handfuls of pizza, there was one where the cut was off center and that was only slight I’ve received from this stores staff.
Otherwise if you are in the market for an affordable meal brought to you by a staff that actually cares about making presentable food and compassionate service, look no further.

Maybe someone can help me figure this out or understand it. But as a DoorDash driver, I just came to this location to pick up an order. Actually, two orders totaling over eighty dollars. So when I asked if I could please use the restroom I was told no, they are for customers only. When I tried to tell her that I am representing the customer who just spent money in her restaurant. I’m not just coming in off the street.She told me she was not fixing.To argue with me.It’s clearly stated on the doors for customer use only. So with that being said, I represent a customer who just spent a lot of money in this establishment. I feel that makes me basically the same as the customer.Am I wrong? I do know that I will never come to this restaurant for me to eat Papa John’s and the rudeness of the employee. I wouldn’t suggest anybody really would want to come here. I’d love to give you her name, but I don’t think she was even wearing a name tag.

Tried to order pizza they said it would be 85 mins so we said nevermind just cancel it. They tried to hang up on us then told us everyone would be that long of a wait and said they would transfer the call and hung up. When we called back it automatically hangs up so we tried a different phone number and they transferred us again to be hung up on 5 more times. Called cooperate they are filing a complaint for us… great

Stopped by Papa John’s needing to use the restroom. I wasn’t asking for a kidney. I wasn’t asking them to hand over the secret recipe for their oily depression-discs they call pizza. Just a bathroom.
They hit me with: “Restrooms aren’t open to the public.”
Which is corporate code for: “We don’t care if you piss yourself on the threshold, as long as you don’t drip on our coupon drawer.”
Look, I get it, I didn’t buy anything. But if your store’s vibe is already gas station-but-sadder, maybe offering basic human decency would help the Yelp score a little.
Honestly, the floor looked like it had already survived several biological incidents. Adding one more stream to the river probably would’ve improved the place.
Next time I’ll just take the hint and waterscape your tile like nature intended. ✨

Unacceptable behavior. The staff, including the General Manager of the establishment, demonstrated a lack of respect. They attempted to deny a refund after I returned my food due to their behavior. There was a clear absence of professionalism. I will not be returning and would not recommend this establishment to others.

Today I had a horrible experience I called in to place a pizza order with the downtown West and Sue lord location, I told him I had a promo code and I needed some assistance the first person I talked to said he was the store manager. I was still talking to he hung up I called back the next young lady ask the phone said she was a store manager and I’ll say they hire rude he was and she was standing here and he was not rude any time you hang up on someone and they’re still talking that is rude and hostile she’s a mark that it’s not rude and hostile then she proceeded to hang up on me this is very unprofessional for you want our business to do business with your company this is horrible.
I did not have opportunity to place order and after the phone conversation I had with 2 different people, I would not be ordering anything from the store and I will tell our customers the same if their acts for this location.

This location seriously needs to get it together. Every single time I or anyone I know orders from here, something is wrong. If I pay for extra sauce, give me the extra sauce. If I pay for six wings, I expect six wings — not five, not four. And if the order includes breadsticks, why is the marinara always missing? It shouldn’t be this hard to get an order right. The inconsistency and lack of attention to detail are beyond frustrating.

Legit so damn livid. Ordered a stuffed crust half and half pizza. Got a normal pizza full of all of the toppings. After calling 4 times I got the manager he told me he would remake it and have it delivered to me. After calling over 20 times with no answer and it being now 2 hours later and still no food. I’m beyond pissed off. I now haven’t had anything to eat. Very unprofessional.
