delivery not good. waited an hour and never got it. called the business and the manager on the phone said the delivery driver gave my meal to a person who said they did not order a pizza. manager fully knew order was given to the wrong person and did nothing. did not call to inform me my order was given to the wrong person. not even a discount was given as a way to apologize for this awful establishment. when we decided to PICKUP our order because delivery was trash, they forgot to make our wings. they decided instead of making the wings, they tried to send us off without giving us our wings. Don’t waste your time, go to Dominoes.

They were very nice, friendly and helpful. I had coupons and the young lady told its best to use on line to get a better deal. I did that and she was right. They food was hot and cooked to order. On top on that my vehicle didn’t want to start after I left, called AAA but they were 3 hrs. out. The manager asked more than once, if we needed help. We turn it down because we just knew AAA will be there sooner than later. Nope, he came out after an hour passed and helped us….I am forever grateful. He was very positive and even while managing his team he helped out and was intune with them and the costumers. Friendly attitude and atopmshere. I will be sending him something for his kindness..for sure… I say thank you for being such a great person and being a good Somerton, because you didn’t have to do it. I also want to say thank you for your friendly services when we came in and your team.

Haven’t had Papa John’s in over 20.years. Received a coupon for a free pizza so of course I took advantage. We were satisfied with the quality and experience. It was ready earlier than expected and I did the contactless pick up from car option, ordered and paid online. Everything was simple. We plan to use this location again in the future.

I would give this place a -10 stars if I had the opportunity! This is the worst pizza experience I’ve ever had! The Monday night manager is a “dumb _ _ _ _”, who hung up on me 8 times before he even said hello! It took a total of 15 calls before someone got the manager on the line! My whole order was messed up. It started out with being asked to rate the driver that my pizza was delivered “NOT”! It didn’t arrive till 10 minutes later. Then the pizza did not have the bacon topping on it my jalapeno bites ended up being pepperoni bites and my garlic breadsticks were dried out and old! The only thing that was right in the order was the bottle of Mountain Dew!
