After waiting an hour for my delivery I called the store to find they have door dash deliver and they do not knock or anything to let you know they have arrived. My food was sitting on my porch for who knows how long in less than 30 degree temps.. then I was told that they would make it again if I could prove that it was cold.. how do I do that.. never ordering from this place again.. contacting corporate as well.

Picked up 3 pizzas tonight, 2 sausage and 1 pepperoni plus 2 orders of wings. Ate 1 slice and that was enough for me. Not sure if the wings were even chicken. $40.00 down the drain. Extremely dissatisfied. Definitely won’t be back

Ordered took them over 4hrs to call me back to say they are running behind, 2hrs before that I had canceled the order an they never canceled it guess. So I try again delivery guy shows up almost 2hrs later 40 min after ap said it was out for delivery 30 min after ap claimed it was delivered and brought no change an im not tipping 30$ for that kind of service.

I got the best pizza tonight! I placed the order earlier that morning for a pickup later. I was skeptical at first due to distasteful experiences that Ive had in the past. When I got there my food was ready and the guy taking my order was wonderful. Friendly atmosphere. I recommend this place 100 times over!

Over an hour after the listed expected time, our pizzas hadn’t even been started. 2 hours to get an order. When we finally got them, they were poorly cooked. This is twice in a row that this location has ruined a family dinner night, and I will not be giving them the chance to ruin a third.

To be ready at 6:30 got there and was told it needed 10 minutes waited and then when I waked in to grab it bc no one would
Come to the window the manager pretended she didn’t have a clue what she told me.
There were 6 people waiting, two people working, endless orders behind. One person working was on the phone telling a friend he hated his job and wanted to quit complaining about his manager … two feet away. We just got a refund bc they didn’t have our food

Driver in store always has a angry look on his face and is very rude to doordash drivers. Everytime I have to deal with him he makes up rules that done exist and act a food and when you call him out he yells and becomes irate.
