Everyone is so quick to review new places. Papa John’s is papa John’s. Everything is expected, they get busy just like all other pizza places. But the quality is what’s expected from chain pizza.

Brand new!!!! All the great Papa John’s you like in a location that’s finely convenient for the people of Mahomet. Staff was friendly and the manager on duty wouldn’t let me leave until she double checked the order herself. Quick in and out and I love it!

Here’s the deal, even though our food was ruined, I’m giving this Papa John’s location 5 stars. I know that sounds crazy right!? However, through no fault of theirs, we ended up with a doordash delivery driver for our food. The driver showed up to the wrong house and rang the doorbell of our neighbors house. When I finally got on the phone with him and told him he was in the wrong spot, he came around the corner and he was carrying our pizzas vertically.
Naturally, when we got them inside and opened them, our pizzas were pretty much balls of mush and all crumpled up. I called the store and I was put on the phone with the GM. She was absolutely wonderful, and even offered to remake our food and deliver it personally to our home.
At this point it’s kind of late so I didn’t really want to have that done but we did get a refund on our order. She explained that going forward, this location is going to have its own delivery drivers, employed by Papa John’s. So overall I was very satisfied with the experience that I had with the store. I’m definitely not going to let two smashed up inedible pizzas keep us from ordering from this location.

Customer service was out of this world. They accommodated a special request I had, looked for discounts that fit the description of my order, delivery was prompt and the driver was polite. Will definitely be going back!

We ordered a pizza tonight they told us it would be an hour, we waited & waited, well it never came so my son called the store to see what happened & she it was picked up & she started giving my son a hard time & then she hung up on him! So I called she said there was no pizza ordered from us & I told her we ordered it & my son paid for it & I told her we wanted another one but we aren’t paying for since we already had paid for one…well she hung up on me so called back she told me she can’t give us pizza as we never ordered one (the guy who took our order had accent) then she hung up on me again when I tried to call again she replayed the promotions over & over & the last time I called she hung up on me without saying anything so tomorrow I’m going in to complain on her & get our money back & I will never order another pizza from them again!

Why say you offer delivery? Waited 2 1/2 hours… finally called the store.. my food was under a warmer for at least an hour but never notified me that there’s no delivery… even though I paid for it. The door dashers waiting in the lobby were upset with it as well.
