We ordered through doordash and the pizza got to us cold and smashed. I called the store and they sent a new order immediately. I am so grateful for this customer service. I will always order knowing that if anything is wrong they will make it right!

A customer should never be forced to pay a tip. A customer giving a tip is based on alot of levels and only the customer can say what the delivery is all about!!! So when others see about your practices I would believe you will have a major loss in revenue over it. I will take my business somewhere else. I believe in tipping, but only after the service has been completed. With all kinds of restaurants closing down it seems that you are setting yourself up to go bankrupt. I had been a loyal customer of papa johns since 1995 and the deal with the tip sent me packing so we just throw the advertisements away now

EASILY the best Papa John’s in the Peoria area. Yes it’s a chain restaurant, but each individual location can vary the quality and service you get. The owners and managers at this location are fantastic. Service has always been great, pizza and sides prepared just right. Be warned, even on busy days, this location will definitely have your pizza done at least on time if not early! Make sure to be early to get your pipping hot Papa John’s!

This is the first time I have had to do this with papa johns. Ordered bacon cheese bread and an Alfredo bowl, there was no Alfredo sauce in the bowl and the cheesticks were basically bread and bacon. I order here all the time. Never again

The pizza here is good, but the delivery service, though quick, suffers some challenges. You can put instructions into your order online, but most of the time that detail will be lost or ignored. To their credit, they’ve been willing to make good on my requests with a second delivery trip, but I have found the only reliable way to get it right the first time is to put in the order online with the extra instructions, then call the store a few minutes later to convey the same details.

Ordered online to check out their app, and it was really easy. Delivery time was a little longer than I expected (45-50), but that is FINE because their dough tastes so much better than Pizza Hut’s frozen cardboard dough. I’m more than willing to wait a little longer for a better quality product.
Two large’s for $7.77 each was a good deal, and the delivery driver was super nice. Order was hot when it arrived, and correct. I recommend this place, had a great experience.

Never ever ordered popa John’s before…food was good BUT the ordering process was ridiculous! I’m calling another country to order a pizza for central IL? Unbelievable!!! Of course my order was not correct due to foreign accent and them not understanding me even tho I spoke slow & clearly. The phone kept cutting out too so non-stop repeating. I say bring back popa John himself and get your act together corporate! The location itself ..very nice man who waited on me.
