One day, I visited Papa John’s and filled out an application, but unfortunately, I wasn’t hired. However, I decided to try Papa John’s pizza, and it turned out to be very delicious and affordable. Chase and the rest of the crew are friendly and go above and beyond for their customers. An example of this is when I had a 30 minute lunch break at work across town and I ordered Carryout on accident when I meant to order Delivery. I didn’t realize I made that mistake so I called the store to see where my food was about 15 minutes into my lunch break. They explained to me that I had ordered Carryout and they were wondering where I was. I felt silly and said I was sorry and that I would order another one after work because it was my mistake (I had already paid on the app but I was willing to pay again later just to get a papadia ). Chase went out of his way and sent a delivery driver immediately and they were at my workplace in 5 minutes tops with my food. The driver was polite and seemed happy to accommodate. He got a well deserved tip. Much appreciated! I had time to eat and get back to work and didn’t have to reorder and pay a second time later that day. Thanks guys.

Pizzas are not getting cooked long enough. Too worried about getting it out quick. Last 2 times I ordered, cheese barely melted and middle of pizza soggy. Worst pizza in canton. Too bad, used to be the best. I’m done. Won’t be back

Always awesome! My girls and I definitely miss Skyler but it’s still a great place to get busy and even better to stop in and eat inside. Tonight, new dude took our order. Tattoo sleeve/left arm. He couldn’t have been more professional and courteous and made an excellent pizza. They have a way of getting you back in the door and it’s genuine. Much respect and appreciation for that establishment.

Ordered an hr. Ago still no pizza. 1st time for everything. Still got my Hope’s up. Kids will just do school an eat. Ugh poor choice on my part to order in… but usually they are on top of it and all is great. Just bad luck today perhaps.

A decent man just knocked on my door and had two papa John’s boxes…which were left on his porch. He walked it to my home. He deserves the tip. Wish I could get that for him. Very decent old timer. He made my kids day! I was so beside myself grateful and over enjoyed at his generosity.

The staff went above and beyond my expectations tonight. I got home with my order and didn’t get the correct pizza. I called and explained. They apologized and told me they would remake my pizza. I arrived at the store and they remade my order. Apologized again and gave me a free cookie. Staff was very nice and made things right.

Earlier in the week we had ordered the special of two pizzas for 24.99. We were supposed to get garlic butter with our pizza. We did not receive it so we ate anyways. Ok so today we ordered again and asked that we get our garlic butter. They said sure we will send it out. So pizza gets here and no butter. Not a big deal but when you have a child that won’t eat without it it is a big deal. So called and the manager got rude and had no intention of making things right

I suggest trying the Suprem Hawaiian pizza. My all time favorite. Cheese sticks + desserts if you have room for Delicious. I prefer the supreme pizza sauce over Barbecue sauce with the Hawaiian Pizza. Always polite courteous delivery personnel.

Called to order two large pizzas for pick up. Asked if there were any specials. I was told “No, no specials”. So I proceeded with my order. One large “Works” and one large half pepperoni half ham. I was charged almost $35.00 for this. I thought that was pretty pricey!
When I picked them up I saw on the outside marquee “SPECIAL $22 for 2 large 2 topping pizzas and one liter of soda”.
I wanted to complain to manager about this because I would have gladly ordered the “Special” if I would have known about it. But my husband stopped me and said to not cause a scene. So I went ahead and paid it. However, I am NOT HAPPY ABOUT THIS!
