I’m really disappointed in the service of this store. I placed an order through Uber Eats and I ordered a combo gyro, a side of falafel balls, and seasoned fries. I called the store right after to confirm that they please give me white and hot sauce on the side. The woman confirmed she would. My order comes and there’s only one falafel ball, and they’ve forgotten the white and hot sauce. I was really looking forward to enjoying this. This sucks

Typical Halal Munchies Chain. Chicken over rice gives the best bang for your buck. Portions are big. Chicken Tenders are also Huge! Great spot if you’re hungry and want large portions. They give NYU employees 10% discount. Overall, great place to have lunch or have a quick. meal. They have variety of sauces as well, white, green, chipotle, bbq, honey mustard. I eat here once in a while for lunch. Place is clean as well.

Halal Munchies was a great experience. Our group ordered the combo over rice and everyone really enjoyed it. The portion size was generous, the meat was flavorful, and everything was fresh and well seasoned. It was a perfect meal to share with friends.
Vipul provided outstanding service and was extremely helpful throughout our visit. He made sure we had everything we needed and treated us with real VIP service. His friendly attitude and attention to detail made the experience even better.

I ordered the lamb platter and it was so good. They had some sort of really unique spices in it and a great tangy hot sauce. So good. My son had nuggets and fries and they give you such a large order. He really enjoyed this place.

One of the best Halal Munchies franchises and props goes to Adam! I came in after work and very hungry. I was attended to as soon as I got there and the food was fresh and hot! He served it very well and kept the fries separate from the rest of the food. Great service and would definitely come back here again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. How could you serve human beings…let alone your customers, inedible food like this? This is what you call a burger? An Ice cold…thin as paper piece of cardboard? Is there any pride in what you send out to your customers? I am in total shock that an establishment would do this to people. I actually refused to give it to the outdoor cats and threw it straight in the dumpster where it belongs.

The food and service was absolutely amazing!! It was so delicious and fresh. Riya and Jatin were so kind and attentive to my order. We ordered the platters and fries and it was super fresh! Ordered on Uber eats got the falafel “balls” showed a picture of 6 falafels only ended up getting 1 on top of the the portions now are cut in half barely and chicken or rice given food is good but ownership is taking shortcuts on the product itself anywhere else you get a full platter of chicken and rice at halal munchies u get half the portions for a higher price severely disappointed. The food is good however not going to purchase again from here due to portion sizes.
