Online order to pick up at store to be made right away, I live 20 minutes out of town and arrived at store. Never greeted and in line behind 2 others. Took 45 minutes of waiting and part of order sat there for 20 minutes before remaining order finished. All food was cold when I got home. Worse service I ever ever experienced. I will never purchase from here again even though the better ingredients and better pizza is true. Maybe hire more and have more than 2 people working at 5:30 pm on Saturday night.

We order from papa johns every once and awhile. We have not had a problem until last night. When we got our pizza it was not cut. All of the toppings where in the middle of the pizza. The breads sticks where not cut either. We order extra marania sauce that cost extra that was not in there either. The extra sprinkle cheese and the red pepper flakes where not in there either. All those cost you extra. I understand they are busy on a Friday night,but attention to detail sound be a priority.

Ordered pizza and cheesy bread on the phone and was told it would take 15 minutes. It took over 2.5 hours to get my food. I understand they were busy however i had people come into the place while i was waiting order, get their food and leave

If your staff is just going to act pissed off every time a customer walks through the door just shut down. Just close your doors if you dont want anybodys business its literally that simple. Horrible customer service some of the worst in great falls.

Food was cold even though they said it just came out of oven.. hollering going one and one women with red hair stormed out she was turning red from anger was picking up food they said it was almost out when it got loud crazy I finally when girl with dark hair with pink in it came out of back and was apologizing for the commotion and ask what name was on they order if it wasn’t for that young lady we would have never gotten our food she was very kind and had an amazing smile even tho there was alot going on she said us from not come back to wanting to give you guys another chance I think the young lady’s name stated with car something but she is a real asset and amazing attitude and made customer experience better for us

We are from Canada! It took an hour to get it and I thought we would try it! It was the wrong pizza and greasy and not even cut! It was a mess! 80.00 later! We will never go back! Hope you get better Papa John’s!!

I ordered a pizza in my truck at a truck stop. The delivery was quick, the pizza was good, the phone attendant was very friendly and the delivery driver was nice as well. They gave me a drivers discount,paper plates, chilli flakes and parmesan cheese with it, even though i did not ask them. Thank you very much for your kind gesture.

My experience at this papa John’s is very pleasant! They’re pick up options is very handy & their food is exceptional! Very good!!!!!
Edit: I also love how they have the Holiday Casino as well. Friendly casino & the casino attendants are very respectable. Work hard & make sure the customers are happy
