This is one of those things… living 3 minutes from the place and drive by (almost) everyday…. and oh yeah… we had a “gift card”…. so, we ordered and went over to pick it up… and y’know??? delightfully surprised. The bread was soft and sweet, the pizza was excellent I have nothing negative to say… not a single word. I am now a fan. I will be back… ready to try several diffferent flavors. really good experience… when I want a basic, solid good pizza… I have my place now. So, if my opinion changes, will depend if Papa Johns can continue the quality. But, otherwise, I am coming back and ready for mre.

Ordered 1 cheese pizza and 1 thing of bread sticks at 6:15. It said the order would arrive at 7:30. It’s now 7:55 and the order continues to claim it’s 6 minutes away, like it apparently has been for the past 30 minutes. Just bad service
Update: called the restaurant to see what what going on with the order and the worker said “Oh yeah; it’s on the way” We said it’s said that for 45 minutes and the guy got snarky with us immediately. Super frustrating to get talked down to after waiting 2 hours for ONE pizza

We ordered pizza at 6:45 and still don’t have it. It’s now 9:20 and said it would be ready for pick up at 8:10 then lied to us about how much longer we would have to wait at 8:10 to finally pick it up.

Ordered pizza from here said it would be 45minutes ended up waiting an hour and a half all I got was 2 pizzas and wings and I live like 5 blocks from this place pizzas got delivered cold and old like they had been sitting out for an hour. What a let down normally I order dominoes but thought I would try something different for a change. Guess that was a huge mistake.

Papa Johns has really improved their wings over the last few years. I ordered well done on my bone-in, and they were made correctly! The boneless wings are actual white meat, with good sauce. The pizza was good as well. Overall, fresh and properly made with decent service.

You guys need to put a disclaimer on your website/app if the order is going to be delivered by doordash. I wouldn’t have ordered delivery if I had known it was going to be picked up with by a doordasher who had two other deliveries to drop off in S bismarck first and I would end up with a luke warm pizza.

I will never order from here again. They will steal your money on deliveries. I placed an order late evening on 9.21.24. The delivery driver called and said he couldn’t find my residence and so was taking the order back to the store. I asked him to refund my order of $59.33. I check my account and they never cancelled my order or refunded me. These people are crooks and should be embarrassed they have to steal from their own customers because they are incompetent at delivering pizzas. If you can’t do this job I have some bad news for you, you’ll never be able to amount to anything in this life and you’ll be working as a delivery driver your whole life or since you can’t even do that right you should be fired and only job left that will give you a chance is a job that requires you to clean up crap with your hands. If you do order from here don’t say I didn’t warn you.

These people are so unprofessional and clueless. Do not order here. I have waited and given them so many “second chances”. And they will check that your pizza is done so that the app tells you it is ready, then you arrive and they are working off printed tickets and they haven’t even started your order. This has happened to me 6 times now!
