This was our first time going there after driving by for months seeing a full parking lot. It was Father’s Day and I decided to try it out. The service was good, the food was excellent. Portions were great. We had the pretzel appetizer (delicious), the turkey and bacon sandwich (excellent), the chicken parm (wonderful) and the chicken with mushrooms and onions (delicious). Food was excellent, portions are great,prices are normal for this quality. We will be back. Another hidden gem in the Jamestown area.
UPDATE: went back again and had excellent food and service again. The burger was giant and cooked perfectly (medium), the fish fry was very good and we also got the turkey avocado sandwich and smothered chicken again and it was as good as the last time. Definitely will be back.

My husband said the prime rib was the most bland prime rib he’s ever had. My dinner was completely overcooked and the sweet potatoes were burnt. They did give me a second hash that came out beautiful. I didn’t complain about the pork. It was dry. It was supposed to come out with a glaze but I didn’t want it. Maybe that would have helped. Lacey, our Server, was very attentive and gracious.

Had a wonderful dinner! The serving sizes were very good and the quality of the food was excellent.
What really added to the experience was the very friendly staff! Natalie was very friendly and welcoming and did a great job.
If we are back in the area some day we will definitely make a return trip to the Busti Tap House.

I recently co-hosted a party at Busti Tap House and I can’t say enough about how amazing the entire experience was! From the moment we started planning, the staff went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of. They were professional, accommodating, and truly seemed invested in making the event special.
The space was perfect! We had use of the whole restaurant (indoor and outdoor) , plenty of areas to sit and they had the Bills game on several TVs for us! Food and drinks were spot on. The staff was friendly and kept everything flowing smoothly.
Whether you’re planning a special event or just looking for a top-tier dining experience, I can’t recommend Busti Tap House highly enough. Thank you for helping us create such a memorable birthday celebration!

Love when either the waitress or chef ignores your allergens so you can spend the next couple days suffering lol.
I specifically told them absolutely no butter and ordered a chicken sandwich to play it safe. Everything had a buttery taste and I know for certain with how I’m reacting that they either buttered my bun and/or the hot sauce on the side probably had butter in it.
Food and service was otherwise great so bonus star for that at least

Place was super busy and I loved the atmosphere. Waitress was running around like crazy and doing a great job with how many large tables there was. We had to get our food to go. Upon getting it home, the burgers were undercooked to medium rare when one was asked to be medium well. Buns were completely soaked and inedible. Also ordered a pizza to go that was very doughy (I’m actually cooking it in the oven now to make it edible). Very unimpressed with the food as my first time there.
