Order at your own risk from this location. What the app/website say is supposed to be on your items, may not be what you get. We ordered a pizza that the app and website say has original sauce on it, the maker made it with Alfredo. When I Called to say it didn’t have any sauce, the person who answered said “yeah right” and hung up.I drove to the store to show them and find out who hung up, he said his thing says Alfredo sauce. I said let me show you what the app/website say, his response was that he didn’t care. So instead of making it like the customer ordered, he just wanted to cop and attitude.

We ordered 7 and one was made wrong. It was something we were ok. We were not going to say anything. About 30 minutes later the driver showed up at our hotel room with the correct pizza. I have never had such good service that they realized there was a mistake and fixed it with out us even asking. Awesome job guys

This is Papa John’s, not pizza hut, so this location needs to get their act together. Our last 3 orders have had something wrong with them, ordered again today and the Chicken Poppers are wrong again, 4th time now, the pepperoni pizza is smashed into one side of the box and on top of that is a complete grease ball. Real satisfied. Lots of food for price. Large $7.99 three toppings. The cookie dessert is warm and Melts in your mouth. Good delivery driver too. Happy that they did a good job for me ordering a half hour to close.

I had went to pick up my order and had noticed an employee making the pizzas was wearing rings with no gloves while grabbing handfuls of cheese to put on the pizzas, it is very unsanitary and against South Dakota administrative rule 44:02:07:14.

I order well done nearly every time I get pizza, some how, someway, every time I do it is on the lower end of cooked not the higher end like requesting well done would indicate.
If it is not truly an option to get a well done pizza take it off the menu. It’s extremely frustrating to have to put food back in the oven that I paid someone else for the convenience, so I didn’t have to. Then still have to. This continued mess up from so many different papa John’s locations just ruins it for me. Papa John’s has always been my favorite pizza place but since there seems to be a decline in simply following order specifications, it’s really be ruined for me.

I will never order from here again. They forgot some of my food. The app said my food was ready only to get there and it wasn’t. Missing items from my order. Sent in a complaint to only get a nonsense response. We used to eat at papa John’s twice a week. Not no more. Oh did I forget to mention I tipped on a carry out only for my husband to be treated like garbage. Yeah that happened too.
