never have a bad experience at this location until last night. Didn’t get the name of the employees, the person who answered the phone was very rude because we wanted to make sure we put the correct address but instead was talked to rudely by the person on the phone. Never have had any problems with the pizza itself but our order was horrible, we ordered 2 pepperoni/jalapeno pizzas and 1 pepperoni, instead we got 3 pepperonis filled with an exaggerated amount of jalapeños and had approximately 5 pepperonis IN TOTAL combined of all 3 pizzas. It was only jalapeno and cheese. This has been the location we used for years and just had our very first horrible experience last night.

*Buyer beware* Ordered online and the guy working up front must’ve been on something or drunk first tings first, I told him what I was there for multiple times because he asked multiple times in a span of a few minutes. No prep guys were wearing hairnets or gloves, and were grabbing their crotch inside their pants and their pants were sagging around their knees. Are you serious guys? You are handling food. The Food said it was ready on the app, I show up and the lost guy upfront has me pay for it then disappears and starts handling food no gloves on btw , rings and all on his bare hands, then comes back and asks me my name again. Felt like I was having a stroke watching this all take place. Called got my money back coming in a few business days, the girl on the phone was very nice and even said that there are issues present with the store. Unsanitary, unprofessional, unsafe

PICS INCLUDED!!! WORST PIZZA I HAVE EVER HAD! The pizza was so undercooked that the cheese was still in small squares! Not even melted. I ORDERED THE PIZZA WELL DONE! Totally inedible and disgusting. Waste of money. I tried this place once before this and it was the same situation.

This location is TERRIBLE. If you try to cancel your order, they tell you “it’s on its way.” I tried to give them another chance after having an awful experience the first time. Huge mistake. Save yourself the money and WELL over an hour of waiting on your COLD food. Nothing like receiving an uncooked pizza, as well. Complete garbage.

So, we don’t go in person, generally ordering delivery. Today, we placed an order around 4:30 for delivery and were told an estimated delivery time of 5:15. Around 5:45 we called to ask about it, and the order hadn’t even been picked up by the delivery driver and we were told it’d be another 45 minutes before delivery. We were initially planning to just pick it up ourselves, but got a text that it had been picked up for delivery. An hour later and the store calls back and asks if we were coming to pick it up, since the driver never actually picked it up. We canceled it at that point.
