HORRIBLE, questioning what on earth happened. They burn all your food, the bread sticks were literally charred and didn’t have any garlic or anything on top, straight bread. Then the lady working there doesn’t care handling the food. Beware, don’t go to this papa John’s. She doesn’t even answer the phone and hangs up.

I usually go here like at least once a week, but within the past three times of me ordering there is a new girl that works there and she literally BURNS everything! Her dismissive demeanor and attitude makes me question managements appreciation of loyalty. As much as I love Papa Johns, you may have lost a good customer. This is my first time complaining, though I should have last order seeing it was almost $60 of burnt food. Completely embarrassing to serve to my family. This employee doesn’t use gloves (clearly the review with photo below caught that) and burns everything—if you don’t like your job do us all a favor and let someone Time to eat who does, work! Ugh.

Used to order from another Papa John’s but stopped because their pizza was bad, but with this one opening we decided to give it a shot. We ordered delivery and wow this pizza is BAD. The pizza was doughy and undercooked despite ordering well done, there for extra pepperoni there wasn’t a whole lot of Pepperoni, and it was cut terribly. Two pizzas and a tip was $55 which is a steep price for undercooked pizza. Absolutely terrible pizza. At least the driver was friendly, but there was no saving this pizza. Also none of the coupons mailed to our house worked despite them being listed as good until mid-January. Won’t be ordering pizza from here again. Papa John’s takes another L.

If I could I would give them 0 stars. 2 pizzas and 2 large cheese stixs were burnt from the regular priced menu were burnt. They were so hard, it was difficult to bite off a piece or even chew it. We also ordered an 8 piece wings and brownie which were fine. I indicated on the survey that is sent via email of the terrible food we received and requested to be contacted. Aimee College, Executive Assistant, responded by offering $20 off my next FULL MENU priced item. I told her I was not satisfied and she responded with the same offer. I told her this did not rectify the inedible items we received and why should I pay $ in the future for subpar food. I did tell her we have had good food in the past but the last 4 months have been dismal. She did not respond back. My suggestion is to not waste your $ here.

I am so disappointed I tried to call multiple times To let them know, they wouldn’t answer . we picked up the pizza when I got home and opened the boxes. The garlic sticks were very dry. There was not any butter or garlic on it. The pizza was burnt. It was severely bad never from this location again

Last December I ordered a pizza and breadsticks for delivery at 6:00 because I had some special guests. I didn’t know that they had a service deliver. When it didn’t arrive by 6, I called at 6:12 and was told it was ready for pick up.i called back a couple of minutes later and was assured it was on the way (I live 5 minutes away). I called again at 6:26, was put on hold for 10 minutes – again I was assured it was on the way. When it hadn’t arrived by 7, I called to order from reliable Crossroads Pizza. We picked up. DoorDash delivered at 7:12 and said she was there at 6:31 and it wasn’t ready.
Of course I called and spoke to the manager,, Amy. She assured me that there would be a coupon for a repeat order under my phone number. It “would be there forever”.
When I called a few months later to use the coupon, Amy was no longer there, and I was told there wasn’t any coupon associated with my phone number. NEVER AGAIN!

Would like to leave a review on food but it never arrived. When I contacted the store they said they can’t do anything about it since it’s a third party (door dash). Order was marked as delivered but manager didn’t care and couldn’t do anything and said to call her back fifteen minutes later if no pizza had arrived so she could get HER money back – no resolution offered, no I’m sorry – nothing. Good service would to be to offer to monitor the situation , call back in 20 to see what’s going on, say sorry, something. Do not order from this chain/store.

My first experience here was very good! The staff were very friendly especially Amy. We walked in and placed our order and it was ready about 15 mins later. The store was very clean, pizza and bread sticks were amazing. So happy to have a good fast food pizza place so close to home. We will definitely be back here.
