Wow, what a hidden gem! I can’t believe I’ve been walking past this place for so long, and today I finally got to try it. The menu is wonderful—every dish we ordered was a hit. The mango lassi is amazing, the butter chicken is perfectly balanced, and the Malabar lamb is absolutely divine. Truly top-notch dishes all around.

Chef Geogy is also incredibly friendly, taking the time to chat with customers and share the stories behind his creations. With over 45 years in the culinary world, it really shows—he knows how to craft something special. Can’t wait to come back!

If you’re curious about Indian street food, Far Eats Cafe is a solid spot. I tried pani puri for the first time here thanks to my friends and now I crave it regularly. It’s crunchy, tangy, and full of flavor. The samosa chaat is packed with spices and textures that just work together. Pav bhaji surprised me the most — didn’t expect to love it, but that buttery roll with the spiced mash is seriously good. Definitely coming back.

All the dishes were made fresh in house. Pani purri is crispy tangy, dosa is good to eat by itself, samosa is not doughy and crispy, butter chicken does not have curry spice, which I was very impressed with, however, it’s a little tangy for my taste. The lamb was cook in perfection, not geme, very tender but not overcook, saak paneer is creamy, just right, then mango cheesecake so good but at this point we were too full. And I love that the chef was not shy with garlic on garlic naan( WHICH I LOVE). You definitely should order family style here since portions are big!

Far Eats Cafe totally changed how I see Indian snacks. My friends convinced me to try pani puri and now I’m obsessed. It’s one of those things you just have to experience. The samosa chaat is flavorful and comforting, and pav bhaji really won me over. At first I thought it looked a little different from what I’m used to, but the taste is incredible. If you want real Indian street-style food, this place delivers.

I loved the vada pav, the chai comes with 2 parle G biscuits, low key Queen Anne quiet vibes, great Mumbai cuisine, loved the menu art and the overall theme of restaurant.

We tried :
Vada Pav ( Loved it, but note I am not from Mumbai so my standards are not high, it’s definitely better than Vada Pav I had at honest.

Malai Kofta was good too but had an aftertaste which was high for my taste bud. Garlic naan was good too! Overall not too bad for Queen Anne/ Downtown area

Worst Indian food in seattle. Very limited menu, food is sub par, you have to pay for parking around. The only good thing is that there is plenty of seating – because no one comes here!

My wife and I had a wonderful time at Far Eats. We had the Chicken Kabobs, Malabar Lamb, Garlic Butter Bread, and Jeera Saag Paneer. All of our dishes were delicious! Our waitress was very helpful and attentive.

Ordered takeout: butter chicken, garlic and herb flat bread, and mango lassi for a drink. Total came to around $40 for all.

Overall, the food was just okay to me. The chicken breast pieces in my butter chicken were very chewy and the sauce was very tomato forward and seemed like it lacked in spices and depth of flavor compared to other places I’ve eaten it. Also came with basmati rice which was pretty tasty and not dry. The flat bread contained a lot of garlic, which I prefer, but could’ve been slightly more crispy for my taste. The flat bread had to be ordered separately which is a shame since other restaurants I’ve been to usually include this with the main meal. The mango lassi was delicious and is something I would order again from here.

All in all, I may try other items on the menu in the future but for my first experience trying food here, I was left a little disappointed especially given the higher prices.

This quiet, unassuming cafe actually has the best Indian food in lower Queen Anne. Friendly, welcoming, and delicious! I love their masala dosas to distraction.

I have tried this place twice.

I had a great experience the first time I visited. We ordered Samosa Chaat, Vada Pav, and Paneer Tikka. All of them were pretty good! We also ordered Rasmalai (dessert), and that was okay.

My second visit was a big disappointment though. I ordered Mysore Masala Dosa and Chai. The Dosa was really cold plus the sambar and chutneys weren’t good/tasty. Chai was okay.
