They forgot one of my pizzas which is okay, mistakes happen. But then the manager waxed poetic about how it would take 2 hours to deliver the pizza and strongly suggested I take a partial refund instead just to not refund me at all. The pizza I did get was cold and half an hour late anyway. Mainly just didn’t appreciate the managers attitude when I really wasn’t upset to begin with, just confused and hoping to rectify a simple mistake. Now I’m upset that she didn’t give me the refund she was so rude about forcing me to get instead of just redelivering the missing pizza.

Ordered three pizzas and some wings, total was over $60 (would have been $70 but I had rewards). An hour and a half later the app said it was delivered but we didn’t get it. I called the store and they said the number they called wasn’t correct so they took it back to the store. I corrected the number and the delivery person said they would bring it back to us. I said the pizzas will be cold by that time but he insisted they wouldn’t be because of the insulated bag. Half an hour later he arrived. Of course, the food was all cold. Very disappointing. Also, it seems Papa John’s prices are rising while the amount of toppings is decreasing. Paying premium prices for unflavored bread with a little cheese. I think we will choose somewhere else from now on.

This store is by far the most consistent fast food place I’ve ever frequented. I have almost never had an issue with my order, the food is very consistent and delivery is always super fast (and I live 10 min away, not next door). I rarely pick up my orders but the few times I have, the crew working has been super friendly and seemed happy to be there.

Took 6 different employees avoiding the front to HAND me my prepaid pizza. I ordered the parmesan crust, but was given a regular thin crust. I went back in and showed them the mistake. I was told I was incorrect even though it was very evident. Blandest rip-off of a $14 pizza I’ve ever received. I will be walking the extra 2 miles to Dominos for better pizza, prices, and service! Never returning.

I’m a door dash driver and was picking up an order for a client and saw that they had pizza slices for sale and wanted to buy one. One of the girls told the cashier to give it to me . I’d give this 0 Stars if possible the RUDEST I’ve ever been spoken to on the phone by someone in the service industry. We ordered 3 pizzas and paid for them, and when they arrived a hour later they only had two when we pointed this out they said they’d turn around and go get our third right away. A hour goes by and we call asking where are pizza was and were told it be another hour for the pizza because there was 30 people ahead of us. After pointing out we should be gettting our third one before others since it’s been two hours we were hung up on. We had to call back and the employee said you really want to wait a hour we can give you store credit and then continued to be rude.

Usually decent pizza, sometimes cold when it’s delivered. Giving it 1 star because there was one time the delivery guy threw a fit because I didn’t leave a tip for him (took over an hour and the delivery charge was $3 already). Plus, the last TWO times I’ve ordered extra garlic and they forgot it..

I left this five star review eight years ago (as of Sept 2021). I wouldn’t change a single word! It’s still just as great, always has been!
The remainder of this review is what I wrote in 2013:
I LOVE this pizza. When the dog stares, patiently waiting for me to give her the crust, I have to leave her sadly disappointed. When I have Papa John’s pizza, I don’t share so much as a crumb and we fight over any leftover slices the next day! The service and delivery are great. The pizza is delivered hot and fresh, with generous toppings and cheese. Plus you get a little thing of dipping sauce for the crust that’s really tasty and hot peppers that are a bit too spicy for me. If you love warm, soft, bread that has the chewiness of a good fresh bread, this is what the crust is like, PLUS the great flavor of the pizza itself. Papa John’s is just that GOOD. Yes, each pizza place has it’s own flavor and style. For me, Papa John’s is the BEST I’ve ever had. Seriously!! I hope you find the same! I just got me order. Must eat now ….. yum!

You know if you guys would get free delivery instead of charging for delivery and then adding the tip to the delivery charge I would be willing to pay the delivery driver a larger tip but when you add the delivery charge the prepaid tip that you add to the bill and the money I give him at the door and he doesn’t get it all. You should give free delivery so we can tip the delivery driver more but you’re charging me with my tip plus the prepaid tip and the delivery charge almost $11 the driver should get all this
