Just received this order. The oddly shaped bread is supposed to be garlic parmesan breadsticks but I’m not really sure what I’m looking at. The small pizza is supposed to be extra cheese and it’s mostly bread. Super disappointed, will not be ordering from them again.

Inconsistent. I order from here weekly for business and more often than not there are missing pizzas or toppings missing or wrong. Also frustrating when I have it set for a specific time and it’s very early or very late delivery.

Placed carryout order, picked up, got home, order was made incorrectly. Requested refund over the phone. They stated to receive a refund I had to return the food. Asked for refund 3x at store but they refused. The night manager is difficult to deal with and she doesn’t present many managerial qualities.
I’ve ordered here a handful of times and the majority of those times, something is missing or is not made properly. This will be my last time at this particular location.

The lack of consistency at this location is a real issue. The quality seems to be a total gamble. Yesterday, we ordered two pizzas and asked for extra sauce on both. We got home only to find that neither pizza had much sauce whatsoever, let alone the ‘extra’ we specifically asked for. It was really frustrating.
Edit: I just remembered that we also didn’t receive the garlic butter cups or peppers in the box either.

We eat here 1-2 times a week for last 5 years and have never had a complaint. We just received our food for this order. One of the pizzas is thinner than a thin crust which we DIDNT order and the other pizza isn’t even cooked all the way and doughy. The jalapeno poppers are so small and burned. We didn’t even receive the peppers that come in the pizza boxes. We have had a really bad past week and this was a go to for tonight so we wouldn’t have to cook and now upset about wasting $30-40 for this. Very unhappy and like I said we have NEVER had a complaint before.

Well my Papa John days are over PRICES WAY TO MUCH FOR 8 PIECES bone in wings 10.99 are you joking??? No taste and their nuggets are just like McDonald’s mcnuggets with sauce 9.99 Pizza gone downhill in taste quality Value it’s not WORTH IT AND TO EXPENSIVE!! Out of all of the major national chains, Papa Johns in my favorite. I moved to GR from Battle Creek recently. Shout out to the Battle Creek location that took care of me for 20+ years and they are great. I was so relieved that this location on Plainfield is also staffed with such a nice crew. Only been there 3 times thus far, but have always had my order right and greeted very cordially. Thank you Plainfield Papa Johns and I highly recommend.
