The worker told us her mother in law was the boss and had to text her in order to get help for us. Meanwhile forgot to give us our food that was missing and it wasnt our fault and she told us he’d bring it. And never came. We live like 4 blocks from Papa John’s. Her service was not what should be over the phone. I’ve never had a problem before. Then she wouldn’t tell us her name. I kept the receipt.

Grossest pizza I ever ate. I took 2 bites out of a slice. Instant Vomit. I went and looked at the pizza and it smells like Cigarettes. A pizza shouldn’t smell like Cigarettes. Whoever works there needs to either Wash their hands or just not work there anymore. Never will I order again. You lost a customer today. This has never happened.

I ordered $45 in food and was hoping for a great meal. Waited a little extra for them to deliver. When i opened the box i found italian seasoning and peppers. I informed them that i was allergic to both and they said it was my problem. I talked to them asking for even a remake but they just told us no. My husband got upset and said something about the possibility of death from not knowing and they said to shut up.

I believe I had 5 stars here before cause I love it, I still do really. However tonight I experienced something horrible, the pizza came like never made before. On the worst way possible, it went from being the best thing ever for me on pizza nights(usually order from this location at least once a week, so you know I know how good the pizza was) , to a very disappointing dinner. How can you mess up a tuscan six-cheese pizza?IDK what happened there, and I guess they didn’t know either when we called. Rude and it was an employee trying to play as a manager, then to listen to my problem and make fun of us. Sad.
Manager quickly solved the problem after said employee handed the phone to her but she didn’t seem to catch what happened with the pizza either ?

Very upset with this pizza. Medium pepperoni with light sauce and garlic knots. 5/8 of the pizza (including the piece missing) clearly has no cheese. Garlic knots, in my opinion, to large and cannot cook correctly. I feel ripped off.
